What do we reckon? An update on Friday 1st or Monday 4th?

What's for sure is that no one is hoovering up shares at these prices. Ominous as you'd think those close to the action would be piling in if the company's report is looking favourable.

Will the new gKx+ be chosen because of the way HR Karen thinks men should behave together - yes, she really did, and was allowed to, have that as the hiring criterion in the documentary - or because ^# can run the company at a profit? Will there actually be a future for us that needs a new boss?

Rockhead - sure, if we have a secure future, robust production figures, a means of running the company profitably and a realistic way to get our new mines up and operating, then yes, 13p looks good to me as well. Lol.

Not only didn't they tell us the name of the undertakers carrying out the review or the finish date, they also omitted to tell us when the review was starting.

To continue BBB's religious analogy, will we see wisps of white smoke before the results are announced as people associated with the company and the consultancy begin to buy here and there or, for those that already have shares, start offloading in huge chunks....if they can.

No inside stories anymore about the grades or ore........or the number of lorries turning out of the mine....nothing at all.

I think that's the first time ever that not a single Scotgold share was traded.

The story about the gold pour on the company's linkedin page a couple of weeks ago drew a couple of comments about Scotgold owing them thousands and not paying their bills.

The comments were subsequently removed.

Were they true? Are they still true? Or were the comments written by troublemakers?

Who is to say?

Will having had £8k left in the bank shortly be viewed as the good old days? How many lorries are turning left out the mine these days? Or is it right?

2 to 1 or evens to get back to £1? Very poor odds at the moment, no?

Material uncertainty, continuation entirely dependent on ore and grades, the constantly poor cash position, wrecked credibility and so on.

IF the report (still don't know who is doing it or when it is due for completion) maps out a viable route forward to full production (LOL!!!!!) and phase 2 (LOL!!!!!) then maybe a decent rise will be on the cards. Any other conclusion and they've pretty much already told us it's curtains.

Are the market makers expecting a positive announcement on Monday or was it some sort of updating anomaly?

Odd given the dearth of directors and others ;-) hoovering them up at these bargain prices.

We’re looking for more staff again.

If that means we can afford to keep the lights on and pay them, great news.

They told us about the previous on 17th May so it looks like they are upping the frequency.

Telling us how much was poured would have been good though. It’s unlikely shareholders would have been disappointed given the egg cup sized amount poured at the first one after years of waiting.

The latest gold pour should help to keep the lights on a while longer.

Yep, add in the opportunity cost of having had money in this disaster over the years and one might easily weep.

It did cross my mind that hush101 showed remarkable insight into concentrate, flotation, dore, sulphides, free gold, the grades and so on for that to be the only post he’s ever made anywhere.

What was the conclusion regarding the posts about ounces and grams?

Things are looking good and we’re getting a fair price or the opposite? I couldn’t follow… too many variables \ equations calculating different things.

Maybe the 600,000+ sale a couple of weeks ago was tb.

Zero credibility here, a’mine, in the village. Can’t think he’s that popular in his own household just at the moment either.

No sympathy as he came on here looking for trouble a few weeks ago.

The company has lost around 98% of its value and has warned of material uncertainty about its ability to continue.

Until those facts change there is no debate.

This along with new hires and promotions doesn't suggest they are looking to shut up shop any time soon:

"This review will inform 2023 production forecasts and will also incorporate a second stage of power and ventilation upgrades to improve mine accessibility and enable the mine to operate all development and production equipment simultaneously to improve mine development rates. This second stage of power and ventilation upgrade allows a step change in development rates and opens up more mining fronts by enabling equipment to operate in parallel."

But there seems to plenty of other evidence to suggest that is what they might do.

Imagine sitting on an actual goldmine and making such a complete mess of it for 13 years.

Someone else can check the arithmetic but for sure ore and doré are not the same thing.

269t of doré is the kind of figure tb would have posted the company was just about to hit.... tomorrow.
