Some arithmetic:
24,712,974 shares (the number NLR holds) multiplied by the value of the shares when PD took over ie 75p.
24,712,974 x .75 = £18,534,730
Today
24,712,974 x .13 = £3,212,686
I think a drop in value exceeding £15,000,000 might have something to do with PD’s apparent desire to spend more time with his family / hiding out in the outback.
In case the company is wound up and this board disappears overnight my message to the outgoing CEO would be:
May what you have done to shareholder value stay with you for the rest of your career and beyond.
