I disagree pernix, WJG has presented it's outlook. Hedge funds took further positions a couple of months ago, and their research is paramount to anything most PI's will do with regards to market conditions and headwinds. Todays FTSE also hit and down nearly 100 points as I speak. Company itself has shown no indications of a profits warning, in fact it's shown continuation of progression. Like I said before, the only headwind being an outlook of borrowing costs for purchasers increasing, aside from that, nada!
You're generalising under general market conditions, but that's affecting majority of sectors, NOT just property sector. WJG is a well run company and as long as that's good, their outlook seems more than positive. I never expected a return to 150p this morning, but I suspect an older hedge may have breached its marker.
