Apologies. My error.
A ecr investor suffered a bad accident and fell into a coma.
After 10 years he finally regained consciousness and with his family at his bedside his wife said "darling you have been away from us for ten years is there anything thing that you want to know?"
"Yes" he replied. " Have those damn assay results come through yet?"
When pmjh posts it is like someone who lights up a room when they walk in.
With due respect to other excellent posters I am sure we could all be sustained and fortified by his / her posts alone!
Just to top it all only 109m. shares in issue !
Kiwi,
I am truly sorry about your situation and no offence was meant to you or anyone else in a similar position.
There is a clear distinction between forced and nervous selling and I failed to highlight that.
Apologies.
Talk about nervous investors dumping shares only to be hoovered up at bargain prices by the likes of Polygon, you have to ask the question, why are they investing in Aim?
U.K. natural gas futures price up another 20% today!
Some eye watering daily rises over the last few weeks and we are not into winter yet.
Potential massive increases in domestic gas and lpg costs, but if price rises are restricted then it follows that nearly all small to medium suppliers will go under.
Things are starting to get interesting again and hopefully we must be close to good news.
Some time ago I started a discussion as to what a 'life changing' amount of money would enable people to achieve.
'Life changing' is a very subjective term I know but over the months since my post on the subject many may have altered their expectations , their ambitions or their priorities.
I simply want to move house and I hope that my holding will be sufficient to achieve this even at the lower end of the s.p. forecasts.
Your thoughts are welcome.
Does anyone know how frequently the MRC release this sort of promotional / informative video or are we a special case?
I agree with others that its timing is very significant and its well presented message hugely positive.
Best bit of news since Man. U. signed Ronaldo!
Cumbria.
I am certain that a number of Big Pharma have crunched all the numbers done their due diligence and have offers ready on the table.
The t/o amount offered will then be tweaked and adjusted depending on the degree of success of the trials.
Talk of going alone and proving through other non covid trials that Synairgen is not a one trick pony is I think a very smart way by the management to realise a price which truly reflects this therapeutic drug's massive potential.
A falling s.p. un nerves some less confident investors and they sell part or all of their holding.
If a major buyer wants more shares than are currently freely available then a 'tree shake' will happen to release more shares. The triggering of 'stop/loss' sales can also be a result.
Just watch the s.p. recover. ( a small recovery at the close)
Buys out stripping sells by a significant margin. Price down over 4%.
A clear example of price manipulation to suit a major buyer.
Expect the s.p. to rise as soon as the required amount of shares has been accumulated.
I think that the time and effort that SeaBoy made to produce such an outstanding post indicates to me a deep respect for Synairgen and his fellow investors.
Much appreciated.
I think that looking at unexplained share price movements can give you an insight into what is going on behind the scenes.
If you want to accumulate millions of shares then it is in everyone's interest to hold or reduce the s.p. certainly for the buyer and the brokers.
Cork is now out of the bottle and like me I would think we are all a little bit reassured and even more confident about our investment.
This is not spare cash money ,this is a serious increase in holdings no doubt triggered by some info. we humble p.i.'s are not yet privy to!
Some are being overly concerned about the 'apparent' decline in covid cases or the fact that an Autumn Booster vaccination plan is being mooted and it's effects on sng.
Whatever happens here in terms of government support or short term declines in a particular variant is in my view of not great importance as other variants will emerge and our success will
be in all likely hood be achieved with the Americans and other countries. This is a therapeutic of wide ranging benefits and of interest globally.
As I have posted before for something to have a global impact the data must be thorough, wide ranging and robust and this will consequently take time.
Any criticism of the company or its management is in my view wholly unjustified.
A clear and unambiguous statement of fact.
As each day passes the case for Synairgen becomes more and more urgent and compelling .
Very modest number of shares in issue ( 109 million ) is a big plus when it comes to potential s.p.
Slow burner a little like Dana then a massive re rate followed by T/O. Could be what happens here.
I wonder if Mary Mullins is still invested.
She was extremely knowledgeable about the oil industry and a valuable contributor to the board.
