We need clarity. We have simply been allocated a number of shares so we should be able to choose ISA/non ISA mix subject to ISA limits.
What difference does it make to SNG or anyone else ?

Maybe posted already but surely the timing of the RNS cannot be co-incidental.

Something else to factor into everything that is expected to unfurl tomorrow.

Better than alcohol
Better than any white powder
Better than sex ----- well almost !
and don't forget there are only 149m shares in issue.

All I can go on is that in a pre- COVID interview R.M. stated that the market for the treatment of COPD was worth "billions" worldwide.
COPD will be around for decades to come, COVID hopefully much less so.
With everything in sng's locker including Loxl 2 then being a major player in therapeutic treatments for a whole host of medical conditions firmly places the company's potential .
valuation as "off the scale"

Always remember COVID is a last minute ordered side dish. COPD is the main course.

As has been said the content, detail and the quality of some of the posts on this board has been remarkable and obviously quite time consuming to research.
We are concerned that all the positives of SNG001 are falling on too many deaf ears but I am sure not those of the major Pharmas.
They must employ people to seek out every available statistic and piece of research world wide to help them with their decision making re a possible J/V or a T/O.
So I would assume that once the all important approval is given their intentions will already have been decided.
It could be, of course, that a major pharma is already lined up just waiting for starting gun to be fired.

Put yourself in the position of those involved at sng.
Some will consider their lifetime scientific work is almost done and relish a very comfortable retirement.
Others may welcome the opportunity to set up a new company to embark on a new programme of research on other health conditions linked to their area of expertise. They would also be well funded from their own funds to get the company off the ground.
For these reasons I would suggest that a T/O would be their preferred choice.
It certainly would be mine at the right price.

It seems to me that if, as is highly likely, MM's are manipulating the s.p. downwards then to maximise their returns they must propel the s.p. upwards again at some point, after they have " harvested" the shares of panicked PI's and ill judged stop losses.
The irrationally low s.p.' attracts higher volumes of business from those more astute investors who recognise that whatever the dip, the fundamentals and the potential remain as before.

If the Government is going to continue fanny*ing around seemingly ignoring all the positives re SNG001 then R.M. will simply see his company in the hands of the American Pharmas and guess who will claim the credit !
The main priority here is to get this drug on the market and start saving lives. I sincerely hope that the R.N.S. we are all looking forward to arrives very soon and quite honestly I am now beyond caring into whose hands this wonderful drug developed and refined over 15 years by a dedicated , talented and very professional team of British scientists eventually finishes up as long as they, ourselves and the world in general all benefit either financially or with much improved health outcomes.
I just wonder how R.M. really feels at the moment.

There are several MM's { banks, brokers etc ) so who decides on the price and with reference to this evenings nonsense surely they would all have to be in agreement.
Somebody suggested "mates rates" but that can only apply to one MM I would assume.
Please excuse my ignorance , I am sure the more knowledgeable among you will have a simple answer.

Still convinced that Synairgen's future is firmly in the hands of American pharmas , hence no mention.

Consider this -
If there was no increase in the number of shares issued and we were to become a mirror image of GPP at some point in the future then our s.p would be in the £1.50 range.
The market cap of GPP is 80 times greater than ECR so you cannot just compare the respective current sp's.

I think you will find that the proposed wind farm which has been described as " massive " will be the major driver of the s.p. in the short/ medium term.
An asset rich and cash rich company, I will be holding on to my shares.

So much uncertainty and debate re when news can be expected.
So I offer you the following -
HOPEFULLY - Anytime, on its way, imminently , in the blink of an eye, soon, just around the corner, shortly, on the horizon, forthcoming, before too long, in good time, without undue delay, in a short while, in a couple of winks, before you can say Jack Robinson, but definitely WITHIN OUR LIFETIME!

If we are eventually taken over I for one although hopefully pleased with any financial gain, will miss reading and occasionally contributing to the comments, opinions and research on this board. I think we have all become "experts" at understanding body language, crystal ball gazing , mind reading and have become more informed about the science of it all . Every word, nuance, in R.M's interviews is forensically examined and discussed , scientific papers and articles from medical journals are sourced and posted. The whole range of posts are here, the humorous, the informative, the misguided ,ramps, de -ramps and sometimes the outright bizarre. Some brilliant posters and by far the best board of any other shares I own.
