Agreed but I still think that calculating even a "straightforward" T/O price will take some doing!

This would be a really complex deal to negotiate and certainly no one liner.
Factoring in the potential value of a therapeutic treatment for Covid, Copd, Loxl2, other respiratory illnesses and the benefits of home nebuliser use will be no easy task. We could now also be looking at more than one major Pharma showing interest , maybe a late entrant, who knows.
When the RNS drops it will be highly detailed , multi stranded and hopefully explosive.
I can't wait.

Yes I appreciate that in some small way we are party to what could be a major therapeutic
breakthrough .

I hope that those who have or maybe will make substantial sums of money through their investment with sng do not become too self congratulatory.
In this particular set of circumstances, one persons riches is another persons loss of a friend or loved one.

HI Mary, hope you are keeping well and thanks for the update.
PMG continues to give me a few headaches. I have a substantial amount invested which I know could be used much more profitably elsewhere.
However I still have the feeling that all will come good at some point but I just don't when.
It seems that a major renewable energy scheme maybe announced shortly but any oil and gas progress a somewhat longer timeframe.
I have not sold one share so is my faith in T.C. misplaced or am I still affected by Dana Syndrome?

It seems very likely that various tax reforms will come into play at sometime in the future and C.G.T. is in the firing line.
If all goes to plan many of us will have varying degrees of C.G.T. liability unless of course all the shares are invested in a tax shelter such as ISAs. I suspect not many of us will be that fortunate position.
So it will be important to take all this into consideration when forward planning although of course, if we are taken over we have no control as to when our liability kicks in .

Not totally unexpected but very welcome news.
Consolidation takes us out of the "penny share" arena adding credibility to the company.
Could become a hugely important and dynamic company with excellent investor prospects.

I thought that I was too old for roller coasters ,but I have just been on one!
Hopefully we will now claw back some of yesterday's losses.
