Not denying the huge importance of a treatment for Covid and its financial impact for investors but there are those on this board who are concerned that it will not be around long term hence affecting its possible value.
Copd certainly will be around for decades!

The race was full of famous horses but one called Synairgen was little known and had received scant publicity but was running steadily but confidently around the middle of the pack.
However with a furlong to go little Synairgen stormed to the front and won convincingly leaving the others floundering and crestfallen in his wake.

The saying " life changing" is very subjective and will mean different things to different people.
It is quite evident that those heavily invested in sng are likely to make substantial amounts of money if all goes to plan but if they are well off or rich already with nice cars and an impressive house in what ways will it be life changing.
Easier for Mr/ Mrs Average who could pay off or reduce their mortgage ,buy a new car or move to a better house in a better area.
Personally my hope is for that better house in a better area ,help my kids with their mortgages and have some meaningful savings behind me.
That to me would be life changing.

It is a bit like waiting for Christmas Day.

As I have posted before how on earth do you realistically value a company today when its assets could double or treble in value in the months or years to come.
A JV has built in safeguards as both parties would benefit from future gold price increases.

I do not qualify for the "lots of all in " club but I certainly qualify for the reserve team.
As we all know to our cost AIM is an MM's playground or sweetshop and having lost heavily when Xcite Energy when it went ti*s up I vowed to steer clear in the future.
The case for Synairgen was so compelling however, that I ( against all perceived wisdom )over invested I suppose in some ways to fight back against AIM and also to hopefully regain my losses.
All is well so far with my losses wiped out and with a modest profit also.
If sng is not taken over then its m.c. would surely qualify it for the FTSE 350 and exit this unpredictable casino forever.

It must make it difficult to negotiate a realistic price in any deal if the price of gold is, as expected, forecast to rise substantially.
In any j.v. agreement both parties benefit of course but it is an outright sale that allowances for gold price increases must be factored in somehow.

With the virus re energising either naturally or because of flagrant breaches of regulations ( or both ) we can't afford to wait any longer to get our product out there worldwide.
This is no " snake oil " but a treatment that has taken years to develop and refine by a small but deeply dedicated and talented team .
With increasing evidence of other serious health issues following " recovery " and thousands of people dying globally I do not believe that further trials are necessary.
I appreciate that the sample was relatively modest but the results were unequivocal and extremely positive.
I can't believe that anyone on this board knowing what they do would hesitate for one moment if offered Synairgen's unique treatment should they be unfortunate to contract the virus even if normal full clinical trials had not been completed.

I would be more tempted to re invest based on what could be a huge renewable energy project on the land they purchased.
I am fully invested here and while the wait for something to happen has at times been painful I am still optimistic that T.C. will deliver.

If I was an MM I would seize any opportunity or reason to drop the price.
With really good news likely anytime soon on three fronts it is in their professional interest to accumulate as much stock as possible.
You may disagree with the morality of it all but we have all made a conscience decision to enter this arena.

I understand from informed sources that the board is keen to sell the company a.s.a.p.
The reason is that they are keen on embarking on research to find a cure for that other global pandemic - trapped wind!

If people do not understand the workings of AIM, how MM's operate when they need to accumulate shares and panic at the smallest drop in the s.p. then they are better off in National Savings.
