Am I missing something here? Where is 80 million shares coming from?
I read it as a 8 million @ 25K. sale.
AIM - home of the bizarre and the totally unexpected.
£16k buys Zero sells. S.P. drops 13%
What is that all about?
In my years of investing and there have been many of them, my experience is that good news and sometimes bad news arrives when least expected. Almost without exception hype, hope and over expectation rarely deliver. As far as news is concerned we have been the recipients of both good and bad in recent times, extreme in their own way but what the future holds is still in the balance.
I will just hold my nerve and prepare for the unexpected.

That was a buy from me reducing my average to 0.88
Funded by proceeds of another share as I am banned by my wife from using new money following a recent large loss.

There is no guarantee that contracts will be won.
As per the RNS they are subject to the tenders being successful.
I just hope we have some very welcome good news soon.

Manor / Manner
( a year ago I was hoping to live in a manor
Now it looks like the park bench)
Thankyou for your replies.
Could someone please explain to me in simple terms why a price monitoring extension merits an RNS and how it impacts on us investors.
You hold near enough 19 million shares.
Your paper wealth increases by £190,000 for each 1p rise in the s.p.
Would you not have a keen interest in seeing your company succeed and prosper?
I agree that this has been no `accelerated Dana` but things were different then in so many ways.
I still have confidence in T.C. and the company but fully appreciate that the true value of PMG will take a good deal longer
than originally thought to be realised.
I wonder whether all those years ago T.C. would have thought that PMG would still be an AIM listed company today!
I hope it is a duster.
Dust selling at $2000 an ounce!
Noel,
Pity Santa will not be calling at your house!
The length of time it took to appoint a new CEO could possibly be because A.H. spent a long time doing his own due diligence.
He would have taken a measured, objective view of the company's structure and prospects before deciding to take up
the post. All his decisions so far indicate we have an excellent team in charge unlike with many other AIM companies.
I have steadily increased my holding here and will continue to add when funds allow.

P.S.
A very rare "strong buy " recommendation from me.
The quality, reputation and track record of the CEO and the BOD should be a major consideration before investing especially on AIM.
I wonder if they were advised by Liz and Kwasi on good financial management?
Several MAJOR contracts need to be secured before any sort of meaningful recovery and that could take months if not years.
Let's hope my certificates don't biodegrade before I come to sell!
Today's price + 40% makes no sense at all.
Today's price + 140% might not even come close.
U.K. Natural gas up 21.5% !
In all probability they have already had "unofficial" approach(es) with the potential deal being discussed worthy of consideration.
Possibly a small divi if things turn out well ?
