What is going on with the S.P?

Strong experienced management team, rising gold price, possible J.V. at Creswick , potential good news on the way.

Is this all being manipulated by the M.Ms in an attempt to accumulate shares ahead of probable transformative news?

Buys outstripping sells 5: 1. today.

Plenty of significant buys over the last few days yet no real movement in the s.p.

Are the m.ms deliberately holding this back?

If so there must be a reason which hopefully will be a positive one.

I wonder if Mike Parker was instrumental in the appointment of Chris Gibbs?

Having now realised the true scale and potential of the company's operations he would have known that further experienced and successful personnel needed to be appointed and C.G. was recommended.

I fully accept the high risk/ high reward factor here but I am confident that I/we will savour that high reward feeling in the months to come . GLA.

To be quite honest with you this is a genuine make or break investment for me.

Having lost heavily on a couple of 'over invested ' shares recently { both with so called highly positive prospects} I have put most but not all of my eggs in ECR'S basket.

I need an s.p. in the region of 1.5p to recover my losses. Whether that is achievable is obviously up for debate but given the extent of the company's

operations and the number of factors which should lift the s.p. substantially and having someone with huge mining experience and success on board gives me a lot of hope.

If this fails it will be the biggest surprise , disappointment and financial loss of my investing life.

BUT IT CAN'T AND IT WON'T !

If one of those big buys was Mike Parker's then that tells you everything.

I assume it would have to be declared being a director.

I am sure that Mike Parker will be hugely influential in the appointment of MW's replacement.

This will no doubt be a person with proven experience and success helping build a strong and effective BOD.

Feeling really positive about prospects. MP would not agree to his appointment or risk his reputation if he did not have complete confidence n the company's prospects and he will know !

I am sure that Mike Parker has some excellent contacts or would he be interested in the position himself?

I wonder if Mike Parker has strongly recommended a strengthening of the management team with mining professionals.

Essential now that production is not too far away.

I am sure Tom will complete more revenue earning deals in the short / medium term which in turn should positively impact the s.p.

I am sure that all the planning and modifications and enhancements to the equipment are being driven my Mike Parker's recommendations.

Good to have someone with such expertise and experience on board at this critical time in the company's development.

Can anyone suggest if there is any likely hood of an increase in the s.p over the coming months?

Is it worth hanging on to my shares?

Big loss here like many others so I have to cling on to some hope.

Those two 12,500,000 trades must be buys. How can they be classified as unknown?

I phoned my broker (Interactive Investor) just now.

They will only issue certificates on request with a charge of £42.00 incl. VAT

You must act today in view of deadlines and use a direct payment method rather than simple bank transfer.

They talked me through the process.

Certificates take up to 3 weeks to be issued.

Help and advice please.

I wish to hold on to my shares but they are held electronically.

I understand that trading will be limited to certificate held shares.

What should I do ? Will I have to sell now and buy again through another broker?

In the RNS 23rd Dec. it was stated that both parties were confident that the deal would be completed before tomorrow's deadline.

Looks like an extension with revised terms is likely now.
