RE: Hello David9 Jun 2022 09:07
I would imagine it’s the AGM factor, they are posting more on LinkedIn and twitter as they know they will struggle to get the votes to be quorum - They have always had this issue.
Even when the company was very popular in September 2020,they only got 26%! This is the only time that they need shareholders, we are being used for that one reason only.
June 2018 - 60 shareholders 14,737,562 shares of 37,664,341 (39%)
July 2019 - 41 shareholders 6,265,296 shares on 38,948,416 (16% not quorate, covid rules delayed)
September 2020 - 2326 shareholders 18,345,785 shares of 70,626,248 (26%)
October 2021 - 1785 shareholders 14,973,566 shares of 70,626,248 (21%, not quorate 1st time)
June 2022 - new AGM planned
Look at the Tweets, the same months in 2021 are massively down from those in 2020 and have only recently increased (due to the AGM I expect:-
Mid March 2021 - 33 tweets (new twitter account)
April 2021 - 59 tweets
May 2021 - 58 tweets
June 2021 - 41 tweets
July 2021 - 23 tweets
August 2021 - 24 tweets
September 2021 - 37 tweets
October 2021 - 48 tweets
November 2021 - 60 tweets
December 2021 - 16 tweets
January 2022 - 19 tweets
February 2022 - 9 tweets
March 2022 - 10 tweets
April 2022 - 26 tweets
May 2022 - 14 tweets
June 2022 - 9 tweets in 8 days
