DRB….. I have no doubt that novacyt would bag from here. After all, a favourable outcome would add nearly the current MCAP. The issue is, we don’t know if that is a week away or 2 years away nor what the sp will be at that point news falls and on what cash reserves exist at that point. We might go to 50p by the time we have resolved it. You gonna keep saying for the next 24 months, ”we might bag from here” whatever the sp? Problem is, we might wait all that time and find we lose, that’s the problem as not one person on here knows the true contract position.

Kaeren….it’s important that a contract is just a budget and by no means indicative of what will actually be spent.

For example, test and trace had a budget of £22.5bn in 20/21. In fact only £13.5bn was actually spent in that tax year. Everyone keeps incorrectly saying the government blew £37bn, in fact that was a budget, they didn’t spend anywhere near that amount.

The same will be of the £2bn. The previous DPS we were also a small player of that entire contract (£4m in the end I think of a few billion contract).

Tell me this, has anyone listening to PI100 or to myself who decided NOT to invest because of our comments lost any money because of us? No, because that would be impossible.

Now ask yourself the same question about the rampers like Larry, Wilson, Porky9, DRB etc (who you seem to protect)…..have their rampy comments/rumours over the last 17 months caused anyone significant losses who may have originally invested based on those comments?

The answer is a resounding yes. Some will have been caught up in the moment. Those who are not as wise to these swingtrader tricks. Trust me, I can give you the names of 50 twitter handles who are part of the same group or also post here who go round spiking shares when the sp hits the bottom of a range and on low volumes. You can pretend all you like that frustrated investors (named trolls by rampers) harm peoples investments. It’s not, the real trolls of the bbs are the rampers and they harm peoples investments with fairy tails of rumours, charts or anything else they can think of. If you have been here two years, it’s worrying that you haven’t yet worked that out.

Failing that Caveman, please can you list out all the positives of this company and why it is such a great investment. Perhaps you have a better insight than me. After all, I’ve only been invested here for 2 years and 4 months - how long have you invested here? Please tell me something I don’t know, look forward to learning something new.

Gizmo, hope you are well. Can you explain where the gap is in the market for covid. I mean covid is 2 years old, just about every diagnostics company is known about, and the competition. All of those companies will know who is supplying the contracts amongst them. The financial backers, iis, funds will know this as well through this market insight banks. Yet no one is buying into our company. Could it be that the 5 people here who think they know the insides and outsides of the entire diagnostics industry simply are just guessing?

Either way, if we didn’t have the tests available in the house (I have loads left over) I wouldn’t have bothered. They would have stayed home until ‘feeling’ better and then released back into civilisation as would be the case with covid or flu or measles etc. The point I am making is that being Ill through covid or something else does not matter at present in accordance with the rules. So covid cases growing doesn’t matter. I mean SAs fifth wave is now reducing in general and in hospitalisations. Some countries are growing. The testing situation is not so time to move on unless a worse variant comes along. Then we live in hope from an investor point of view.
