Still very confusing what the issue is. If no issue then surely investors have grounds for a class action lawsuit against DHSC and push novacyt to claim reputational damages.

No it won’t be a hard bounce. Novacyt is just following the global movements now. Look at some of the 12 month indices, you’ll see the same pattern. They are saying global market might go down another 50 percent from current levels.

I don’t see any changes since launch. I’ve looked on both the desktop and mobile versions. They appear to be the same as before? Please could share what has changed since launch as I’m not an expert on these matters?

Last AGM, the following numbers:-
1,785 shareholders representing 14,973,566 shares.

Pro-rata, that’s about 8,500 investors. Probably a lot more as most of the big holders now gone and replaced with a lot more PIs.

There’s about 20 people on here who post regularly, same on bourse and on twitter it’s mainly duplicates of the bbs.

Let’s say that Novacyt win the whole counterclaim and everyone past and present employed by Novacyt is cleared of all wrongdoings. Then still, the vast majority of investors will have already sold on a loss, based on the ineptitude in communicating and driving the price down with negative comments each time they repeated the same DHSC dispute updates and other negative slant. DA has continued that. Either way, the board are to blame (past and present).

There you have it everyone, Valju will not comment again.

You still haven’t realised that Graham Mullis and Anthony Dyer misled investors to maximise their bonuses. Then both retired straight after receiving the bonuses to get new jobs at Lovehemp. They both left Novacyt with a £135m claim open against them, yet you think they did a great job because they RNSd and lied to investors. Wow, you are easily pleased.

You are right though Valju about one thing. The company does seem to be able to turnaround fortunes having turned a mid cap company worth nearly a billion MCAP into a Penny stock with cash not even enough to pay off the DHSC claim. There is a reason why everyone is selling. The company is dying.

Anthony Dyer joined and Graham Mullis now chairman. Lovehemp must have been desperate or smoking their own products to employ these two. Watch out new investors.

Both of these people deliberately misled investors on Novacyt to maximise their LTIP strike price in October 2021. In that same month, both men retired only to join new companies months later.

Private Eye has a very telling story on Graham Mullis where he is alleged to have falsified covid test data and the DHSC is now claiming £135m against Novacyt. Meanwhile Graham Mullis and Anthony Dyer left Novacyt with £12m bonuses and able to cause more damage in other companies. All of this information is available online.

To put that into perspective, that wouldn’t even cover DA’s £200k golden handshake plus employer taxes.

The finances are not in ‘such rude health’ though. How many companies on the London stock exchange have anything near to £135m claim against them?

Or do we just pretend everything will be ok because the board that everyone is currently saying are inept and useless also said “ The Company continues to believe it has strong grounds to defend the claim and assert its contractual rights”. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if the next RNS says that our 12month LTA extension with WHO ending July 2022 has now come to an end. This BoD need booting out.
