Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Valju…..
Reference:- I’ll show you mine, if you show me yours… first?
I didn’t say your reply was fake if that is what you are implying I’m just showing my response and please note this is from last year. However, if you get a letter of confirmation of holdings from HL, you can use this as evidence to cast your vote on the electronic proxy form that Novacyt give us. That’s how I did it last year, unless it has changed but don’t see why it would.
Just ask for the above from HL, don’t leave it to the last two weeks as they are slow responding.
You don’t need to send a screenshot of your HL response, I can see it’s genuine. I’ll ask them again today on how to vote and see if I get the same response for this year.
I’m genuinely helping Valju (despite our clash of views most times) as everyone should have the right to vote (which ever way they choose).
Valju……this is from HL (from last year)…..
I asked HL last year for voting instructions (see reply below):-
Thank you for your message. I hope you are well.
We don't automatically send out notification of shareholder meetings or voting forms to clients who hold shares in an HL Account.
However, this doesn't stop you from partaking or voting in any future AGMs on any of the shares that you hold. If you'd like to attend any AGM or vote on any of the company’s shares that you hold, you simply need to inform us two weeks prior to the AGM and we'll send out a letter of attendance or arrange for you to be on the list of attendees. You can also lodge your votes with us.
Furthermore, you're able to find out the dates for an AGM on our website by first selecting the share that you hold on our website. You then just need to click on the 'Company Information' tab and any upcoming AGM should be listed under ‘Important dates’. If there's nothing listed under future events then you can use the previous AGM listed under past events as an indication of when the next AGM will be, as most companies will hold their AGM's at the same time each year.
You can inform us that you're both interested in attending a meeting, and registering your vote, either by telephone or secure message.
Whilst we don't provide specific AGM notifications we do offer a share alert service which covers Regulatory News Service (RNS) announcements. The majority of listed companies will announce an upcoming AGM via RNS as well as use the RNS to disclose resolutions for voting. You can manage these alerts from within the 'Email Preferences and Share Alerts' tab of the 'Account settings' section of your portfolio.
The alerts are available for UK stocks only and will expire after 90 days.
I hope this has been of assistance. If you have any other questions, please get back to me.
Kind regards,
*********
Then I asked for confirmation of holdings letter
*********
And the reply:-
Thank you for your email and please accept my apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Please find attached your holding confirmation for the Novacyt shares that you hold on the Hargreaves Lansdown platform.
I hope this has been of assistance to you.
Let’s hope it’s not a disappointment

PI100, just heading to the kitchen, you want a coffee? Then we can try again to get Valju to sell his shares.
Other than make a paper aeroplane out of the share certificates, I’m not sure.
Firstly, you are not happy with this share or the company and want out. Anyone can read that from your history Valju https://www.lse.co.uk/profiles/valju/
Your conspiracy theories are getting worse, so now people have jobs to decry a bb? How much does that job pay to ultimately force you to sell your 1000 shares to add to the massive pile of shares the MMs are holding onto?

At least he or she has some understanding of the business and market mechanics. I’d rather hear both sides of the argument rather than someone just getting angry of someone’s view with no reasoning. What are you happy about with this share Valju?
Caveman70…..rather than knocking boulders together and screaming profanities at PI100, perhaps you could share your research on this share and put forward a positive motion as to why this is such a great investment. It’s just that I haven’t see anything in your 66 post history that helps any investor past or present here.
Look forward to reading your insight of this stock.
Worth a read if you want to consider voting:-

@Biginersguide……thought you were winding us up earlier with the resolutions being posited….apologies and thanks for posting.
Not great if Mandy has lied to you Kaeren.
Most strange indeed. I have a Halifax account also and I have not been given these resolutions. I fear Halifax and Mandy are lying to us. It is now obvious that they are trying to get us to sell Kaeren. I should have listened to Valju, his conspiracy theories are obviously on point.
Are you sure its for Novacyt?
Resolutions will be added here first:-

Agree that the global market is a bear pit at present and we are following those general ups and downs. Virtually all stocks are showing the same pattern, no argument there.
However, for us LTHs, our fall from grace started in February 2021, way before the global trends had an affect, thanks to the issues with the DHSC and the general down turn in sentiment created AND presented by past and present directors. Someone needs to take the blame for that.
If issues with the contract and products/services supplied, then the Novacyt remuneration committee have done wrong IMO in paying out bonuses and LTIPs. Of course, if Novacyt have done no wrong, then what is to stop a class action against the DHSC by investors here? We wait to see the true outcome.
IMO, without the DHSC dispute (now claim) and the corresponding reputation damage (rightly or wrongfully), this company would not have fallen anywhere near the present value. I compare to the likes of Eurobio and Biosynex whose share prices have not fallen anywhere near our levels. So we await and see who is at fault but someone is. No blame, No claim.
Let them off of what? If Novacyt have done no wrong than why would we not want payment. Likewise if wrong has been done, the government has a duty to claim full monies owed as per the written contract. If there is ambiguity, in the contract, then the case will be put forward by both sides. I don’t see anyone being “let off” as such. What message would that create by either side for future contracts with any supplier or customer.
Worth also reading this Kaeren which I assume is where Wilson is taking his dates from (15.4):-
https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/part15
Kaeren ……. I read it as 14 days up to 3 months. See point 6. https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/procedure-rules/civil/rules/pd_pre-action_conduct#8.1
It’s not been 3 months yet.
To save you any disappointment, stocks do not rise because of an AGM. Why would they?!
DA needs to consider the M&A strategy. We are getting left behind here whilst competitors grow. Biosynex seem to be aggressive with their strategy with 75% taken in BHR. We seem slow, they already said they will use the cash to grow even with claim going on in background.
