Although they are in talks with some licensees (they are constantly stating as so) I’m sure no deal will be made till phase 3 is officially started since I’m sure no company would want to take the risk, although that doesn’t stop whomever from buying shares in the company to reduce/offset any offered buy out price. Just my opinion for what it’s worth. :-)

It would certainly show everyone how inept JG and the board are. They knew before the deal that Recordati would obtain the OTC approval since they had received the positive CHMP. To not realise the sp would increase because of it , would be negligent and detrimental to shareholder value. That said, they surely cannot be that stupid and as such I feel this is just another smoke n mirrors attempt to cover up a possible pre-agreement. Why would DLIs management agree the exact same buy in price for the company as their recent share placing. Surely they would want more ? It’s good business. So RPG informed them of the upcoming news which will increase the company’s sp. I’d guess JG probably discussed with the company’s brokers what sort of increase could be expected (DLI probably agreed on double the value.) All speculation on my part, but then why not make the DLI announcement earlier. Why wait till a day before the OTC announcement, which was actually known 7 days prior?

We all know JG is a compulsive Lier, so anything he says or writes has to be taken cautiously. Just like the regular statement in any RPG announcement. “ dealing in the companies shares...blah bla bla) in this instance it should be read as “ believing anything JG says or writes must be taken with caution”.... lol

All just my opinion of course, but timing certainly would indicate some wheeling and dealing was going on.

Or just Fortacin/Senstend (PLE) ???

Totally agree with you. The 15% up is probably because they finally submitted the China paperwork, albeit a whole year late. Until the company clarifies how the DLI deal will make money and how they intend to pay the additional salaries and associated running costs with no income, as far as I can see it’s a non starter with an immediate 23% dilution to existing shareholders. Who knows what their salaries are, but I’m sure there will be no change out of 4 mill total running costs for the whole empire (all salaries, building rentals etc etc. So where does the money now come from for the fda phase iii ? There won’t be much change from the China deal, when it arrives. Not forgetting the 2nd ATO payment which has to be paid. I notice there is no mention of that.

So at todays closing price, Regent are paying about 10mill USD for the company which just a couple of months ago was worth only 3.79mill USD, certainly a very good return for current non existing shareholders but further decimation of existing shareholder value. which has been heading downwards since RPG took control.....beggars belief really. An incompetent management with absolutely no business skills whatsoever.

The company we shareholders own will then be paying out further huge salaries (mates rates) with money the company doesn't have. How long will it take for the DLI to generate, if any, value for us long term holders since there appears to be no future business plan available. Jumping on the proverbial band wagon of a reputed good earner (like the CBD debacle), which I seriously have my doubts about.

Could this be the final nail in the RPG coffin with such an incompetent non-business sensed CEO and BOD's ???

We've had more positive news before and nothing like this first hours trading. Is there more afoot than what we have been told....... yet more titanic leaks ???

Good thing about a stick of liquorice is. It doesn't cost more than a couple of squid and if you are not happy with it, you can always eat it and buy another one.

Usual smoke n mirrors. Submitted on the 16th Nov, approval within 3 months = mid Feb, if not before, yet . By the end of Q1??? Why the fcuk don’t they write “before the end of Q1”. The way they write it, sends mixed messages, ie they don’t know what they are doing let alone what they mean....lol

Then there is the phase II validation study will be completed by the end of 2020, yet the gov website states the end of Jan 2021, which was updated only a couple of weeks ago. Certainly looks like they’ve got the FDA and China syndrome dates mixed up.

The Company believes that China is potentially the single largest market for Senstend....errrr but that’s cos currently China is the only single market with senstend as the products trade name.....jeeeezzz.

.... Anyway, hence the rise today. RPG has more leaks than the Titanic.

Seem to be a little positivity at the moment. 4 days of more buys than sells (although not 4 days of rises). A healthy rise today towards close which, as we all know, can be wiped out by a single 10k sell tomorrow ... LOL

Maybe just a coincidental increase towards the new phase II completion date at the end of NOV ?

I'm afraid its like every other time line they have never met. They don't have much of a clue about what they are involved in or what they are doing, simple as that. Unfortunately we are at their mercy.

Could be any news anytime given there are a few things planned for this last quarte, although i wouldnt hold your bteath. If we are very lucky, they may even announce next yeats profit warning early....... ;-)

Not even one buy today. Its slowly returning to the next to no buys.

Since Oct 8th there have been 80% more days where Sells have been greater than buys (if anyone is interested). And the last 5 trading days have been dominated by sells.

The SP has been holding up though bouncing around the 0.15 mark.

We need some worthwhile news for this to get going again. (China syndrome payment ? HK/Macau ? official news on the FDA progress outside of the gov website (apparently phase III data acquisition and analysis may have already started).
