I think that post of yours was probably meant for the BLU board, however. You are, in my view, indeed right. Charts are just mumbo jumbo. Some people are always looking for an easy was to predict a rising or falling sp using predictive graphing. Of course, as you write it comes down to how a company is performing as well as, in some cases, market sentiment. Neither of which can be predicted using a graph since it’s all continuously liquid. It’s all too complicated (the complex workings of the human mind + emotions) to come close to predicting where an sp can go. If it was that easy, we’d all be millionaires....wouldn’t we...... ;-)

Just my opinion of course as we are dealing with different personalities and emotions, all of which makes the world go round.

I would guess he mentioned it as a heads up to possibilities. Up to the reader whether they want to invest or not. A bit like me mentioning N4p. Just a heads up on something I had been watching for sometime. Looks like it has possibilities. But and a big but.... One needs to do their own research and due diligence. Sometimes a heads up can provide an opportunity.

I wish someone had given a heads up on NCYT last Dec/jan.....

Unless I am mistaken, I am pretty certain it has nothing to do with Regent, hence the “I am giving you a heads up to something that I have been following closely this past two weeks since I was alerted to it myself” and “ please do you own research” and of course “This is not me being a "pumper"” unless he meant plumper or even a plumber....lol no offence meant... ;-)

And I guess the way the options were awarded could support this. First options were awarded to people who didn't deserve them. Then they award a significant number to an unnamed director. All done prior to possibly making an announcement that the phase II study had completed which I am sure will have a positive effect on the SP.

They obviously didn't want to be seen awarding options at 0.18, if the SP were much higher, so no name and no mention of the phase II primary completion (30th Nov) which we can see from the market reaction and SP level that HK investors are not very clever at putting 2 and 2 together. Mind you that didn't stop the company from shafting shareholders with the DLI timing and SP debacle. :-)

It certainly will be interesting to see the market reaction to the upcoming study completion announcement.

I would guess that the options have been timed to coincide with the completion of phase II. As announced in the Oct update (I think it was then) there were only 2 participants left to recruit and process, so I would think they are now in the process of collating all the data and hopefully an announcement on completion will be made between now and the end of Jan, taking account of the Xmas / new year holiday festivities...

Not wanting to be too positive but, although the company appears to be running on fumes, they surely would not award all these options now if they were only going to, in the next breath, dilute them (themselves). It makes no sense, no matter how stupid and incompetent management are, they will not shoot themselves in the foot...so. There must be some incoming finance in the pipeline sooner than later.

Just my opinion/speculation on what’s happened these last few weeks. I could just as well be wrong and they are that stupid.

Seems I was thinking along the lines of BOD's, which, although shareholders were advised Dr Mike would become one after the RPG TO, he never was.

I made that conclusion since the options are split into 3 tranches. The first 3rd on the anniversary date of the grant i.e in 1 years time. The second 3rd after an out licensing deal has been signed and announced. This obviously wont happen until after phase III officially starts which probably wont be until H2 2021 and the final 3rd will only be awarded after FDA grant a new drug approval which is what 2 to 3 years away depending on managements competence, which we know is carp.

And there is no mention of what is in place if the company (PLE) or the license is sold, although that is not to say there is not a sub-clause in the agreement fine print, although why not mention it in the announcement ?

So, unless I am reading it wrong (although I'm sure someone will show me the error of my ways), its going to be 2 to 3 years till all 3 tranches are earned/released.

Also, its a bit rough to impose such conditions (call them incentives) on only one person when all the other options were freely awarded to people who as far as I can see serve no purpose to the company and don't actually appear to be doing anything. Certainly seems very much a case of victimisation , no ?

Reading the 3 points would indicate a sale of PLE or the license is not anticipated, well not for a few years anyway. Unless there is some other clause about a sale and how it would impact the options in the details of the agreement.

So who is the director ? Surely not Dr Mike since he is Chief Scientific officer and as far as I am aware there are no directors in PLE. I’ll need to investigate further ;-)

Although this number of options is similar to those awarded to JG, are these not in addition? If yes, then the question is who have they been awarded to ? Who is a director of a subsidiary company..PLe or DLI. Surely not DLI given the stinky Pooh deal that has already been made and the % holding they already have.
