That’s not to say owning DLI won’t make the company money, but. Given the debacles with entering the CBD market and the Investment in DBC (lost shareholder 3 mill over 3 years), it more than likely will got tits up due to historical bad incompetence and management.

There definitely was in my book.

The announcement made on the 2nd Sept refers to an average share price agreed on the 29th May. This was before DLI went for their own Share placing mid June to raise....wait for it....3.79mill usd !!!. Then come mid June DLI and media announced they had subscribers from several entities (excluding RPG) and the 3.79mill usd was raised. Note: The weeks before the RPG announcement the SP for no reason started to rise to more than double what the average PS was in May....how come ??? Then on the 2nd Sept RPG shareholders were informed of the legally binding agreement which shareholders should have been informed about weeks beforehand given they had already agreed an SP and no doubt a number of shares and a T/O price.

The day after the DLI announcement there was another operational update confirming the OTC EU approval, which had been made 7 days before !!!!. why wasn't that announcement made 6 or 7 days before ???

Note: On August the 5th RPG announced Recordati S.p.A. (“Recordati”) had informed the Company that it has received a positive opinion from CHMP on 23 July 2020 for switching to (OTC) which would was near enough approval in itself. So they knew it would be approved with an accompanying SP rise that would have followed (which it did).

I cannot help but feel that the SP was artificially driven down by the company who were selling into the market (note a few months prior the SP had dropped to near the same historically low level which was either due to the world markets drop from the C-19 or RPG were using the event to test how low they could get it down. It didn't take much volume in sells to lower the price on either occasion and could have been easily done via someone within the company selling a few shares (we will never know since there is no real list of all large holders who don't even have to inform either RPG or the HKSX and we have no idea if there is a slush of shares for this purpose being held in a nominated, nominated account....... all easily hidden in different ways. It could even have been shares owned by grand kids etc....who knows..).

Anyway, 23% of our company has now effectively been given away which could easily have been 12% or less instead if timed correctly with shareholders interests in mind, which it wasn't. They cam make whatever excuses they want to justify the deal, but that just indicates they lack any business acumen and are incompetent. And we pay JG 1.5mill usd year in and year out for doing so.

I've written it once and now I'll write it again. The whole thing was in my opinion organized and stinks more than dog pooh.... ;-)

Hope youve been keeping safe, especially if you are still in Indonesia ?

I don’t think anyone would question what’s been written regarding China and as you write, with the politics in HK changing, maybe the already approved import license without the need for more tests could have some influence over the China approval. That and the now otc approval in Europe may help convince the Chinese approval process to grant an immediate approval without further tests , otherwise it’s a further 3 year wait, which I hope is negated.

Still interesting that there was hardly any positive price action when the Chinese license agreement was announced.

Is there some obvious reason I have missed in the documents as to why neither JM or JG did not vote ? Could this be cause for concern ?

Although interesting, do they have any proof they can predict it that accurately ? Surely the only way is the make predictions on guinea pig subjects and see if anyone dies within 3 years of the dates calculated ?

Only 3 mill votes were counted. and there I was thinking there was no point in voting since every time there have been 400mill proxy (not poxy)shares voted. What a complete twat I am. A completely missed opportunity on my part.....ce la vie.

Mind you, I would suspect if I had managed to get my vote in, they would have just proxied more poxy votes......... :-O

All resolutions will be railroaded through, as usual.

And just under half of that cash (1.5mill usd) goes to JG at the flick of a switch for doing what exactly ? God knows how much will go to DLI committee..(although RPG will have access to the 3.7mill usd)..

Did HK bulls say anything about the 23% dilution which I expect to rerate the current SP.

Obviously only short sighted traders playing this at the moment.

Who else in their right mind would buy with the upcoming 23% dilution ???

Up 2 or 3 times in just as many days. Certainly goes to show what a bit of good news can do. It was languishing around 4mill market cap for many many months. Today its about 20mill, maybe even more later ?

I’m just jesting. As you say there is no logic to this stock because there is absolutely no logic with the management we’ve got. We would even be lucky if they could spell it (logic, not it) ... lol

NB = So its a case of Esca-vi-dont-know.....lol

At least its now out of RPG hands, so not much can now go wrong....lol

Lets hope they are appeased enough to give a non clinical trial approval......fingers n legs crossed.

At leas we receive 800k USD which will pay for a couple of months of operation....if that... ;-)

Thats probably why there were suddenly a shti load of buys after lunch today..... the usual titanic leaks and following day traders pushing the price up. Max sell volume was only 420k with max buy volume at 370k. The usual high number of buys and sells around the 100k mark.

Which is about the price when reduced from 0.18 by taking account of the upcoming 23% dilution.

Although it did finish up at 0.179, I am sure it will be back down at 0.14 or thereabouts once the deal is done. Just my opinion of course ;-)

In the end, the proof will be in the pudding.
