It did peak at 0.189, which isn't so bad, although I do feel the rise cannot all be fueled by the news on a delay or possible withdrawal of offer. Unless its all those in the know by way of brown envelopes.....lol

Again the aastocks.com web site is not showing all the trades as there appears to be a discrepancy between the Quotes pages of 32.87m shares and the transactions page which is indicating 31.8m shares traded. I also happen ed to notice a buy trade executed at 13:00:23 for 200 shares has magically disappeared. I can only assume several others may have disappeared. Maybe yet more market manipulation by RPG by way of Voo Doo .........LOL

Either that or just happy for the delay and possible cancellation....... ;-)

Well that was a nice surprise opening after lunch. Shot up 22%. Someone must be buying Christmas prezzies early before Santa arrives with a truck load.....lol

My Mind is just a buzzin today. Speculating this, speculating that and even just speculating on the speculations...lol

Hopefully the delay is an indication of something more positive going on in the background and the TO may even be shelved, given the sudden announcement on options.

Remember it is only a "Directors and Employee share scheme". And there are still 37mill unaccounted for shares. The only logical person who is worth maybe half or all of them is Dr Mike ??? I'll let you speculate as to probably why...... :-)

All speculation, but the remaining shares have got to have been offered to someone somewhere in the company ?

Either That or through a lack of promotion, they were hoping to obtain the license dirt cheap. Once obtained, they would then ramp up and even launch in many more countries (was it also a game plan to obtain the OTC approval after a couple of years bad sales ?) ........ A nice though, but I suspect there may be some clauses to prevent this ???

All speculation on my part, but of course these days, no one knows what devious plans companies have, one just has to look at RPG over the years with all their lies and misleading information as an example. ????

Oh and if there is no marked retrace in SP tomorrow, I would assume either day traders are not interested in announcement content (likely) or investors just don't care since it was expected anyway due a lack of confidence. (more likely) .... ;-)

All they have to do is get this sorted and get a license agreement which could theoretically unlock the US
(41.25m sufferers) which could lead to the Lat Am (81.25m sufferers) And the ME (51.375m sufferers)
Total (173.875m sufferers) even with a small % it could skyrocket the SP from zero to infinity and beyond.... LOL.

It certainly would give the SP a hell of a kick in the pants even before approval.

Certainly makes one wonder why they don't want to get this sorted asap instead of fannying about on other useless things. Or is all the fannying about just an attempt at an excuse to pay huge unjustified salaries ????

They will go hand in hand then since the FDA is always being delayed through lack of foresight and incoherence...LOL

Not sure why you should be lost for words given the history of incompetence. As I stated before, this all smacks of some manipulation and I wouldn't be surprised if there were not some goings on because of it (all my opinion of course, but it certainly seems pretty obvious). Either that or they have no idea how to fund it once owned :-)

With all the lockdowns imagine all those sufferers who could be trying out our product. Unfortunately managements commercial incompetency has allowed the FDA approval to linger and stagnate and Recordati have lost the plot by waiting till Jan to relaunch as an OTC, when they should be getting batches as soon as to take advantage of the situation. Come on guys you don't need to be a rocket scientist to know lockdown means more time at home. Yet our BOD are quite competent to award options and issue well undervalued shares for a TO...... WTF is going on ???

Amazing really. We saw a volume of nigh on 14mill shares yesterday (8.1 mill buys, 5.2mill sells and 490k others) and the SP increased 4%. This morning we see a 30k buy and a 10k sell and the sp drops 4%, certainly no logic. No wonder its considered as gambling...... LOL

At least its nice to know one person reads our posts. Got to keep the home fires burning since even with their ineptness and laughable incompetence, they surely will not screw cannot screw up the FDA approval, even if it does take them another 10 years..... ;-)
Myself, I have no interest (apart from the continued dilution) in any of their hairbrain actions to try and become a billion dollar pharma investment vehicle since they don't have the brains to do it. I only signed up for "the product" which if they could concentrate on as true professionals will bear the fruit they are after.

If an offer were on the table, you can be sure it would be well above 0.3hkd. There is still so much value in the product and the US. That’s for sure.

It was just a bit of musing re timing and what was written. It may just be a way of paying JG given he has gone out of his way to force a temp payout (not)... ;-)

If, in consequence of any general offer made to the holders of Shares (being an offer made in the first instance on a condition such that, if it is satisfied, the offeror will have control of the Company) or otherwise, any person shall have obtained control of the Company, then the Directors shall as soon as practicable thereafter notify every option holder accordingly and each option holder (or, where permitted, his personal representative(s)) shall be entitled at any time within the period of twenty-one days (or such other period as the Directors may determine) after such notification to exercise all or any of his options (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall include any of the options comprised in the first, second and third parts) in whole or in part to the extent that they have not been exercised.

Could this be a reason for the sudden options, but then why not award all of them or again, would it look too suspicious ???

A good point regarding why not award options when the sp was very low, which could indicate it was artificially driven down for the TO (mates rates and all that), however. It would be areal red flag to the authorities if options were awarded at the same time, especially since within a matter of weeks the SP quadrupled (DLI leak and OTC announcement). Notice they didn't award the options when the SP was temp back at 0.24 (or thereabouts) indicating too that the current SP is considered acceptable, which supports the driving down of the price for the acquisition shares those weeks ago. Yet more ammo for my market manipulation speculation, which all rhymes (my grandmother told me "If it rhymes, it must be true"... and I'm a poet and just don't know it....LOL).

Why do it now when the bod and managements performance is carp and shareholder/Market confidence is at an all time low. Also, why now with the possibility of a 23% dilution to shareholders already in the wings ?

Is something else going on where a significant rise is expected ?

What about shares for Dr Mike? Surely his work related to the FDA warrants some appreciation if they are going to offer shares to certain members of the BOD who appear to be doing SFA ?

Unfortunately the recruiting part is meaningless since the webpage was last updated on the 4th June (top right side of the web page) and then If I am correct, it was only updated to indicate the updated primary and study completion dates as I requested of JG. since it is an official website used by everyone in the know (otherwise what is the point of having it). They are vey lax (no different in anything else they touch) in keeping it updated as per the websites requirements.
