More like they were advised to remove it since it was a fraudulent claim, just like the remaining DLI ref is. They have entered into nothing until it is approved by shareholders and a deal is done. One would expect them to understand this since JG is meant to be a lawyer, albeit, it would appear, a failed one (why else would a lawyer become a CEO of a company that he has little to no experience in) and yet in his tenure has managed to bring the company down on to its knees.

No announcement on the current status of the FDA process given that the Estimated Primary Completion Date was September 30, 2020

Interestingly they have finally removed the ref to Yooya, although yesterday's closing price appears to be 0.141.

And I see FFWD has just gone for a 4% placing, obviously the Yooya deal is working out for them (or is that Yooma now)....LOL

It certainly would be good if that were to happen, however. As we all well know JM will not allow none believers and non-yes men to be part of his empire. Why do you think the Yooya deal collapsed and Lorne Abony soon after walked ? I don't know exactly how many indirect connections the DLI fiasco leads back to JM (even though he has tried to distance himself from it) that maybe it should be called the octopus deal.....lol

Therein lies the problem. They have only one experienced staff member. Dr Mike and I am pretty sure his hands are tied. I also have the feeling that JG and he do not see eye to eye.

I strongly suggest you actually read the announcements going back as far as the PLE days. You will soon realise how incompetent JG and the BOD are.

And given this recent BS regarding the DLI where it certainly appears manipulation is going on, you may want to reconsider your feeling on experience, unless that is the sort of experience you are referring too.

Don’t forget the company invested 3mill squid in the DBC and only after 3 years walked away, with a 2.74mill loss to shareholders. I even suggested to JG that the company reevaluate the investment when the DBC didn’t meet agreed milestones (even FFWd, who were also invested, informed their share holders at the time that it was a bad investment). JG was actually indifferent about the whole thing and appeared to not really didn’t care.

But you carry on thinking they have shareholder interests at heart whilst being paid 1.5mill usd a year for causing total destruction to a share price.

And one last point. I Attended the AGM and EGM in June 2016 when I went to the offices and had a 1 on 1 with JG who talked a good story, yet within a month or two it was quite clear he was not a person to be trusted. I could write more, but there is no point as it’s just my opinion based on my experiences.

As I wrote, I stay because eventually the product will come good, but it won’t be because of a competent management.

I totally agree with you and it is why I invested all those years ago and I still have a lot of faith in the product, however, and it’s a big however. Over the years it has become painfully clear that the company is being run by total incompetence by people who have no idea about marketing or commercialism of a product. This product has huge potential, yet, as you write, there is no confidence and the shares are only being traded. Historic actions by the company are all there to be seen. The market, just doesn’t trust JG or JM, simple as that. And until some real positive news is forthcoming, the market are far too wary to commit given all the BS and delays that have historically been provided. If JM had any sense, he would have replaced JG and most of the BOD with people who have even a small amount of knowledge in Pharma and product commercialisation. Just my opinion, although actions and indeed nonactions by management over the last 5 years speaks for itself.

I am sure the FDA approval process is gaining a certain amount of momentum, I mean its been nearly 2 years since they started the Phase II which should have finished last December and which was in fact pulled back from March this year. Even so, they still managed to fail miserably to achieve the expectations (and that isn't even March this year as first announced), however. At nearly 2 years on and with the so called additional funds thrown at it to open up a few more centers, (announcements words) they surely should be pretty close to finishing. We then have the prospect of either soon enough or after in the seeking of a license agreement. Of course, the big question now is are there any takers given they were at supposed head of terms 6 years ago which means they must have walked since HoT don't last forever.

And of course there is the 4mill USD from the china syndrome which is also supposed to be forthcoming this Q unless they've ****ed that up again too.

FYI. 1 large buy trade of 2,310,000 shares who is more than likely a LTH and may even be increasing a holding. 2 buy at 600k and 440k, but 3 sells at 550k, 510k and 470k. The rest were on or below 400k shares. 78.7% of trades were at 100k or less. 128 of those were sells and only 88 were buys. Certainly points to day traders again who are dealing in small % rises as they jump in, out, in, out, shake it all about.....

Anyone notice that on the aastock website under Detailed or Quick quotes, they are both showing a volume of 26.03m shares, yet, on the transaction page. It's only showing 25.9m and we are well past the usual after hours trading time (usually only about 10 or 15mins). I wonder what gives ?

Interestingly, Ollieh Mentioned NCYT, which I have been watching from the beginning of the year. Anyone who had invested on the 1st Jan (13p) would currently see a profit of 56x their investment...... :-O.

If only we could see something like that here....... Yes I did watch Fantasy Island too..... LOL

Could it just be a market reaction that the DLI deal is down n out, given that, if my memory serves me right, the SP dropped a little on the day of the announcement. Certainly appears as if JM is completely wrong with his webinar comment, but then again he is not dumb enough to make them without reason is he?

Alternatively; the DLI deal is being pulled because developments elsewhere now make it unnecessary anyway and insiders know this ?

Certainly lots to speculate about.... It reminds me of a certain nursery rhyme...."And when they were up, they were up. And when they were down, they were down. And when they were only half-way up, they were neither up nor down"...... ;-)

Probably preempting todays beginnings of a Pump n Dump. You will notice how Heimdal suddenly appeared to start pumping JM's non virtues again (remember JM, a man who talks as if he knows what a Les Paul guitar is, yet knows nothing at all), although I still have no idea why Heimdal comes on here to post since there are only about 6 or 7 shareholders left here who I am sure have no intention of putting in any more money in than they have already. Most are just waiting in the wings to offload and then only at about 10x the current level.... ;-)

There were only 2 largish buys (890k and 590k) and no largish sells today. 75% of buys and 82% of sells were at 100k or less, so no big numbers which indicate to me, as before, just traders jumping in and out. If its all automated, they just set buy and sell orders which are automatically triggered and as such, they just sit back and wait and let the system do their work for them.
