There certainly are more ways of looking at this. One interesting one is in the last op update. You will notice it was again mentioned that the China syndrome could get approval without the need for further trials. Yes, they have mentioned this before, however. The product wasn't approved OTC then which to my mind must surely add support for an early approval.

Again I stress the phase iii process has already started (at risk) which will knock a few months off the phase iii when it officially starts. There are a few licensees interested in the product, who I am sure will not commit till phase iii starts. Trying to compare Europe to the US is like comparing chalk n cheese since it is well known and document how nearly all drugs make money in the states due to their mentality (its big business), as such I would expect once the phase iii starts there shd be an increase I'm interest and once a license agreement is made, the gloves will be off.

Wrt the DLI, I'm more of the opinion that its gg to be more of an uphil struggle since many off the larger companies will develop their own AI. Its a completely unknown field which RPG are just taking a gamble on because they have been instructed to do so.

Does this indicate that if the deal goes through (which it will), there will be a market rerate upwards (unless the DLI partnerships are considered worthless). Unless the sp stays the same even with an additional 400mill + shares hitting the market to take account of the increase in market value ?

I still find it hard to understand how, with an automated system, sell and buy volumes are not the same, even after a few days if one considers delayed trades. (do delayed trades still occur with automated systems when markets are open?)

Even if MM's are doing the buying and selling, the trades surely still have to be shown.

In the last 3 trading days there have been 9.74mill shares sold and 2.23 mill shares bought (excluding today) how is this possible if for every sell or buy, there has to be an associated buy or sell ?

Anyone want to educate me on how this is at all possible. There must be something pretty basic which I have missed in how the trading system works. (I'm sure I am not the only one who doesn't understand how this works)

Got an engineer working on it........ Well, based on historic events, they should have it up and running next year, then delayed by a year and then it will be ready a year later, however. it wont be ready then since they still will have not paid the engineer......... LOL

Interestingly, Monday the DJ hit above 30k which is its highest, even with the millions infected and 1000's that have died. Yet the FT index is still below its 2000 Tech bubble peak (recall it touched 6900) over 20 years ago. At the time the DJ Peaked at around 14k (if my memory serves me right).

Although the FTSE 250 has performed just as well as the DJ, why is it that the FT100 is so lackluster compared to its peers ??? All the companies surely cannot be worth less now than then. I even remember GSK was about 60bill and AZN was around 10bill less and still less than they are today. What am I missing?

Anyway, it’s now in the hands of the gods, but unfortunately the company will still being run by the dawgs.... lol

I wouldn’t exactly call them new investors since the money they received from their ipo would be needed to pay their salaries, RnD and running expenses, which they are still going to need ... no ? So they haven’t really invested, but will certainly be taking something out of the company. How long is it before they can offload their shares .... ;-)

It depends how one looks at it. Are we really at a better level than August? Maybe the SP currently is, but we effectively will be paying 10mill USD for something that is valued at 3.79mill. Doesn't matter if its a share issue, it still cost shareholders that amount due to dilution.

Again, I point out the fact that they knew they would be getting the OTC approval since they had the positive CHMP, yet they still chose to make the offer at an historic low SP and amazingly DLI accepted it. (they too must have performed their own due diligence on RPG which should have highlighted many red flags).

If they do have to go for a placing for further funds, that surely could result in a total dilution of more than 50%.....unless there is a lucrative US license deal coming forth, which I have my doubts since nothing will materialize until the FDA phase III is officially started (irrespective of them already taking the risk to get things together early).

I can see this gradually drifting down to about 0.14 (if not more from sentiment) which will be the dilution effects of the Deal.

The CEO and BOD's need to be replaced as quickly as possible as not one of them has any business acumen.

Not sure how you get those numbers. As far as I can see there were 13,630,000 at 0.18 and above against 7,110,000 sells at 0.18 and above and at close 4,890,000 more shares bought than sells.

Overall average sp = 0.183.

4 large buys at 1,810,000/1,580.000/860,000/790,000. the 2 large are at an sp = 0.184 and 0.183 respectively (all 4 buys probably accumulating rather than just traders)

Largest sell of the day was for 480k shares.
