Unfortunately what they have written is not correct. There are, I’m sure, many holders like myself who hold more than 1% which are included within nominee accounts that are not necessarily listed as significant holders since they don’t have the info and cannot be arsed to find out. So I wouldn’t pay too much attention the what they choose to include.

Yesterday there were 2 large sells, one for 1 x mill shares and 1 x 1.47mill shares. So who was responsible for handling the 1.47mill share sell ?

From what I understand the MR is what is usually done, when companies are about to go to the table and make deals. I also understand the MR company used is a reputable one used by most of the majors. so at least the data PLE/RPG present will be considered reliable and any licensee may not feel the need to perform their own MR which could add 3 to 6 months to the timeline. As such, and since no one wants price sensitive data to be out of date, I would suspect they must be in or soon to be in discussions with licensees.

Strange some entity would want to sell now given the company is most likely starting license agreement talks as indicated by the recent op update. They obviously don’t follow the company news and have no idea about what’s soon to happen.

So, I wonder why they didn’t just sell all the shares ? They only received 20k usd which only pays JG’s salary for 5 to 6 days......lol

So, it would appear 0.2 could be the new support level., although It certainly was struggling to stay above 0.196 most of the morning.

Although its very positive that RPG are performing market research to provide leverage on US license agreements, I am still surprised why they wouldn't perform some MR on who would actually step up to the plate and buy the product, however. I guess they may be worried of the feedback given the lack of uptake in the EU? Of course that isn't to say that any US licensee wont perform some themselves, which hopefully they wont, before they have handed over a truck load of cash :-)

Maybe things are indeed different in the US and sufferers don't care about stigma, given they seem pretty open about suffering from ED ?

Anyway, lets hope its no cause for concern, even if it would appear money would be no issue to spend 144 to 500 usd/can..... :-)

Well, certainly cannot complain today with a nice positive finish, although it peaked early at 09:44 when a couple of unlucky sods bought a handful of shares at 0.22. Interesting it jumped a final 2% at the bell. Maybe a couple of early buys being held back to give a nice push up at the finish ... ;-)

We may now have hopefully reached a new support level, which we will undoubtedly see if it holds tomorrow.

Although, I do admit they are highly intelligent at giving away 23% of the company to an unknown entity a few weeks after it went public and who have now effectively received 11 mill USD. Since all this recently announced news has been in the company hands or known about for many weeks before being announced.

It certainly seems the SP is being played with. 9.9mill buys with 3.9mill sells. Some largish buys with relatively small sells < 170k and it falls flat.... Its going to take a real kick in the pants to get this on an upward sustainable trend.

I'm pretty sure the company don't care a Bolingers about Bolinger bands....... They just haven't the intelligence.

Well certainly a positive reaction, as I suspected, since the announcement effectively alluded to the product being more valuable and subsequently the company...... Never mind the bollingers.......lol

This could now, with a bit of added PR, spark the interest of II's wanting to get in early for a better return, although I am sure they will wait for confirmation of the start of phase III with the risk being so much lower.

It will be interesting to see how it ends today. A good sign if in much higher positive territory.
