RPG should have received the 1 mill USD payment upon the signing of the China agreement last year, which will pay for JG for the next 8 months, not sure about all the others though. Maybe they are covered by the 33K from the Orient agreement, although that payment will only be received following a signed agreement with PSNW........LOL

The next 4mill USD payment is dependent on how long it will take to submit the initial documentation and then for the NMPA to approve either for conducting a further clinical trial or issue a clinical trial waiver for the IND, which is expected within 6 months of the documentation submission, is anyone"s guess since no time line has been provided. Although I am hopeful the submission could be within Q1/Q2 with approval of the way forward in Q3/Q4 of this year, it could be touch n go on whether RPG will need to make another cash call.

Hopefully we will receive a progress update in the YER and with a bit of luck and Fosun"s influence, we receive the approval to submit the IND without the need for a clinical trial.

Not sure how much of an influence the HK/Macau launch will help, if at all, but that's meant to happen early 2019 (Q1/Q2 ?)

I am pretty sure the only thing that shareholders feel lost about is their faith in the CEO BOD et al, the HK market included, otherwise we would have seen significant rises for the Chinese and Asia announcements. No one trust what the company announces. As a reminder. How many times were dates announced when we would achieve FDA approval and subsequently sales ? Every time they put pen to paper, they write deliberately misleading information. Recent examples are:

1. We were told the FDA recruiting was to start in August, when I questioned the CEO regarding no update on the US govt website, he informed me that all was going according to plan as announced...etc etc, however. We are then informed that the recruiting was to start in Dec and that's what, 4 years after we received an announcement that we had received a way forward from the FDA on the approval process.

2. I questioned the CEO regarding the launch dates of the other 4 EU countries to be launched in Sept and Dec/Jan and was strongly told that these dates were effectively cast in stone........ Of course we all now know that the stone has turned to jelly and no new scheduled dates being given. ie delayed indefinitely.

You really believe that the recent dates on the FDA approval and sales are only 18month to 2 years away based on what has previously been announced and then changed. The way this has been handled is very disappointing.

I could give many more examples of lies, but there is no point as it seems to be the norm.

Well that didn't last long. Back down nearly 17%. I wonder why the jump given the YER were not so good and a strategic review or putting it another way "What the F&^K do we do now" is in motion.

Seems to me all Jim's hobby investments only ever turn to goo rather than gold. I think whomever referred to him as the UK equivalent to "Warren Buffet", jokingly added the "Warren" bit.... LOL

I certainly praise your optimism regarding all this, however. It certainly looks like it is going to take even longer than expected. Surprisingly even though we had 2 new license agreements announced (one being a very major one), they had an unbelievable negative effect on the SP, which is incredible. Even when the EU launch started the sp didn't move much. It certainly seems to me that the local HK market considers none of these add any value to the company. It will be interesting to see what impact the local launches have. They my be of insignificant value, but may have some positive psychological value given they are local.

You are correct that the company may be up for sale, but then again. This has been the case for PLE and the product for many years, yet still no takers. I am hopeful that with all this recent Asian activity and the unusually high share movements around the time of the UK launch indicates a possible Asian interest related to the China agreement, which I feel shareholders should hear about within the next few months.

Given that the initial payments to be received related to the Chinese agreement will not be that significant and noting there is nothing from the Taiwanese agreement. If nothing else positive happens In the next 6 months then I see possibly yet another placing to cover further FDA costs, salaries (including Jamie"s disgustingly undeserved salary) and all others company associated outgoings. This will in its self indicate if there is any support to the speculation of a possible sale.

I was sorry to read your post, but do empathise since I, like I am sure many others here, feel let down on the time it has taken to get things off the ground. Although we all know pharma product do take a along time, shareholder here have been lied to and misled with all the information that has been announced and included in the shareholder presentations (I have lost count on how many times FDA dates have been quoted and that's after the 2014 agreement with the FDA on a way forward was announced). If we had had experienced management with related knowledge, I am pretty sure private investors would have had a much better understanding on the timelines. Unfortunately we are where we are and our own personal timelines, like yours, may no longer coincide with those of the company due to misinformed timelines and are forced to sell.

What I will write is that I would suggest, depending on your holding, that you make sure your broker off-loads in several tranches to get you the highest sp rate, although I noticed some person offloaded just over 1.2mill shares in one trade yesterday at 0.315, so you may be lucky. Good Luck.

The side effects are much less than this....about 4.5% which is documented in previous announcements/presentations, however. I would assume some safety factor on the numbers is used to arrive at the 10% included on the package leaflet.

According to the leaflet contained in a box, which I obtained off the internet. The common side effects are 1 in 10 (for both men and women) i.e 10%. They should have included this figure in the article since common could mean anything from 1 to 50%.

I'm in the process of composing an email and attaching the flyer and requesting they update the article to include the %.....Hooorrraahhhh.

She should have written that the side effects only effected a % (I think it is only about 4%) since the way it's written reads like side effects are quite common.

Most journalists shouldn't be journalists since they never get it right or is that how its meant to be ??? When studying journalism do they have lectures in confustication and discombobulation …..LOL

Also, how many ED drugs are available and yet each different one have large sales figures. Surely there are more than enough men with the problem to go around. No one will use the antidepressant drugs. So it looks like we still get a large slice of the pie.

And remember, our product is available now, how long before that drug is available?

The lunar new year is much bigger than xmas and the new year according to the Gregorian calendar. although in Singapore everything is closed for the 5th and 6th, Hong Kong, being even more Chinese, is also closed for the 7th so HKSX is only open Monday n Friday. and Given where in the week its positioned I would expect most to be taking the whole week off as apposed to having weak cough or even a wee cough if your Scottish...LOL

Although nothing has been explicitly stated, and I am sure RPG are not wanting to get shareholders hopes up, I understand that In 2014 China made some changes regarding the approvals process whereby in some instances they will allow other region approval/testing to simplify their approval process. Since the EU approval process is considered by many countries as sufficient and as you know we have received import licenses for both HK and Macau which are part of China, there is a good possibility the EU approval will be accepted.

Also, Given that RPG initially were never intending to seek Chinese approval (as of june 2016) due to the length of time it would take, something must have made them reconsider. That and the fact we are now linked to one of the largest pharma companies in China whos help I am sure will aid in speeding up the process. In China its not what you know, its who you know.... :-)

We may find that all the dots eventually join up:
1. Huge stock volumes following the UK launch announcement.
2. HK and Macau approvals for 2 insignificant markets, but significant if linked to China.
3. Agreement with one of the largest Chinese pharma"s
4. Chinese approval application to be made by said pharma.

I don't think one needs to be too much of an optimist to work out the possible links and result.
