Interesting that our inherent value keeps getting less each time news is released. I wonder how miners fare each time they update the HK market on increased underground assets which may never be realised ?

We moved from aim apparently because of more liquidity, unfortunately our positive news just keeps flushing us down the drain. Our so called professionals with their years of being invested certainly know a thing or two about markets n market reactions........ Lol.

Certainly don't understand why HK and Macau launches will take another 3 to 4 months. Its not like they have to apply for import licenses, is it..... :-(

RPG no longer have any investment in the Diabollockable boot company. Our 3mill squid investment was sold to Jim for 260k as stated in the YER announcement. Jamie is certainly earning his money on that one.......not

Thanks for the feedback. I guess Jamie was instructed to attend as DT Mike was conveniently on holiday. Hopefully we don't have to wait till 2023 for China.

As stated before, I personally am very disdapointed with the approval processes. Although they may be upbeat, it has taken far longer to get the ball rolling than they led investors to believe. Granted timelines change but an FDA approval way forward was unambiguously agreed early 2014.

Well that certainly takes the biscuit.

3 sells totaling 290k shares, 24 buys totaling 1.8mill shares and a last transaction a buy of 100k shares and we still finish down nearly 2%...... its more complicated than a "who's dunnit". :-)

There have been a few large single sells since the finals announcement. What with the Ozzy tax bill and only 1 mill USD in the bank at the end of last year which has prob been used up since. RP must currently be living on just air.
No China payment till probably q4, if at all this year (if all recent divergence from announced dates are to go by).

Obvious questions to Dr Mike.
What happened to the sales predictions given he should have known the market well?
Did he not take any heed and advise Recirdati to the 2006 German study conclusion on PE take-up so better preparation could have been made ?
What are Recordati really doing to get sufferers to come out of their shells.
Can he explain what JG means by Recordati are now deep diving ???
Is there any chance the FDA may waiver the phase lll requirements given that thousands of sufferers are already using the product and current feedback indicates the product works as stated with no problems. (This also applies to the RPC approval)
How long before RP starts to make a profit ?

I am sure many are waiting for the uploading of the final results since in the 18th March operational update it stated:

A more detailed operations update will be provided in the Company’s annual report for the
financial year ended 31 December 2018 that is due to be dispatched to the Company’s
shareholders no later than 30 April 2019.

JG probably didn't have time to attend MI since he is too busy converting the dialogue of the report using MS-Vague...its an add on to MS Word...LOL

I am sure RP would want the HK and Macau launches to happen as soon as, so they can springboard off any SP rise with the anticipated cash call....... But are they really that clever to even think like that........errrrrr ;-)

That said,

In the announcement last Nov advising the market of the HK import license, they sate early 2019 (thought Id seen it somewhere), unfortunately that was before signing the Orient agreement in Dec, which trumps the one in Nov... ;-)

Unfortunately both the Orient agreement and audited final results announcements only state in 2019, although I would have thought since there is an import license already in place there is no reason why it cannot be launched in H1.

That does appear to be the case now given what I have read (although not in any announcement). However, that was never the original plan and surely shouldn't effect the Latin American or North American regions which they did allude to me verbally and in earlier announcements as being in discussions. Why are these taking so long unless they are now to come under a single licensee ?

But surely businessmen in China are no different to those in the US and equally know a good thing when they see it. Wanbang are quite willing to sign up and cover all costs even with the prospect of generic entries (as stated in the agreement).

I cannot help feel there is something more to all this which will probably come out in the wash hopefully sooner than later. FDA delays (dragging their feet) suddenly the PRC is on the scene with an agreement signed pdq and some years after any FDA discussions. HK and Macau........ I just feel it in my water....LOL

Interesting that Wanbang will be footing the bill for all regulatory costs for the PRC approval.

Now I wonder why there are no similar takers for the FDA approval given its meant to be a far larger commercial market ??? I would guess that if there are no takers, RP can charge more for any license agreement/s following. That's unless a prospective licensee/s is/are waiting for the phase II results before jumping onboard ?
