Yet folk are selling this at 1.31! Maybe they think Cu will be down to $1.5 in a few years time - crazy; especially when KML news is not far off. I agree that the interview was very informative regarding the rationale for the SFR deal.
FURA raised about C$30.9 m and the current MCAP is C$22.3m! Does not seem to be a hotly followed share on the TSXV judging by that MCAP and the pathetic daily trade volumes and size of trades. Is anyone here a FURA holder?
Don't forget to add the raise cash, as received after accounting period end:
"Cash and cash equivalents at 31 March 2019 was £7.2 million compared to £4.5 million on 31 March 2018.
At the end of March this year we raised £3.5 million via a share placing at 1.05 pence to assess and acquire new opportunities in the UK onshore and elsewhere. The net proceeds were received in early April and therefore do not appear in the Statement of cash-flows or in our cash balance."
THEREFORE, cash currently approx. £7.2m + £3.5m = £10.7m

RE: Obrina Mare another fucking delay27 Jun 2019 12:57
How can you possibly blame RKH for the workings on a international Tribunal; the legal process and it's decisions dictates the timeline; "On 26 June 2019, the Tribunal rejected Italy's request for the suspension of the arbitration and Italy's related intra-EU jurisdictional objections" is a good result.
MTR have the benefit of future divis on the 3.5% SFR shares or could some/all of this holding at the appropriate time; plus there is the royalty stream to look forward to for MTR.
It will be interesting to see how FURA present this to their shareholders and how this fits in with their other two projects. Can't see why there would be any problems over the mine licences extending.
I wonder if they'll ever get this web site (beta) running properly? My only hope is Valiseek get something away with 401 - the rest looks to be far, far way into the future with the fairies ;-)
Just look at the magnitudes of those sale values over the last two hours! Something is going down and it'snot just the SP and the cratering reputation of the BOD!

Funny thing is, even at the current share price that break fee would give them about 212m shares! God alone knows how many shares they'll get in the end.

Until they actually put some effort into promoting and advocating for what they have and we get genuine independent interest there just won't be any progress here. Only something like mainstream media interest could rescue this now, or some other miracle!
