Also there is the FIT Biotech / VAL101 JV to be financed by Blue Ocean - I reckon EHGO have decided to concentrate on that and leave VAL to progress 201 as best they can.

With some 201 results by end of H1 and the HMRC cash together with the £140k maybe things are not quite so bad? Also don't forget the 401 deal and valiseek plus with the "investor" gone no more selling from them. Grasping at straws I know! Surely they'll cut back their salary costs and/or come up with something in time for the AGM?

According to the IGAS RNS they are looking to acquire Weald assets *not* offload any such assets! So UKOG may find themselves paying a higher price for further acreage if there is a competitor in the market, as DrRich said.

RNS looks good. If the new investors exercise all these options at 40p an additional £697,862 will be paid - that cash will come in handy.

"It is envisaged that ValiRx will provide the scientific, technological and clinical development expertise to the JV, whilst ABO will focus on financing the entity and progressing commercial activities. It is also envisaged that ValiRx will add its GeneICE technology, along with the Company's gene silencing compound, VAL101, into the JV portfolio to sit alongside the IP assets of FIT Bio, as the Company believes the portfolio technologies are complementary to each other. ValiRx's GeneICE technology has received two Eurostar awards to date for its technological development."

I see this as a good move to get VAL101 financed by ABO as per above statement.
