As they have said they will wind down and the bond holders will be paid off - read the RNS. They will be very little cost with a care and maintenance if they sit on the assets while finding a buyer, should they go down that route.

They do not need to go into admin: just, as they are planning, wind down the works - reduce all running costs, just like on care and maintenance - then sit on the assets while seeking a partner / buyer. Hopefully a large global miner who would like to get into the fertiliser biz in a big way. I can think of more then two possible partner / buyers. It's a tad premature to be attending the funeral just yet!

They will do that without selling Catcher; it just needs a little bit more waiting - and they need Catcher to actually increase output with the additional well developments.

by TD and the team in the Webcast this morning; once Zama is sold PMO will be in a very good position. A good Q&A session too. This is bound to re-rate in Q4 given Zama and good Catcher performance.
