Something to ponder: what do you reckon those 114,503,817 consideration shares issued at 3p per share will be priced at 12 months after the January completion date of the transaction? Given the United board I think their share price will be at least 5 or maybe 6p by then.

It usually takes around 10 weeks to IPO on AIM.

It was only on 12th August they raised £4.2m and NCM are spending their money on Hav drilling not GGP!

They have taken their fees in shares for the last few months, they will probably continue that practice. Not taking the payment in FURA shares for the transaction means there is no waiting for the 4 months and 1 day lock in period to expire before the creditor gets what's owed. It looks to me as though they have the RTO ready to go and they do not want any further delays.

Maybe we should expect a 07:00 Monday completion RNS then?

They are just traders jumping in and out - usual riser board watchers; they could not give a toss about the story here.

So, what about the RNS are you unimpressed about; the prospect of another Hav seems like great news to me?

FURA @18c so far today - very small volume though.

Four transactions at 17.5c followed by the last transaction at 14.5c ! Either a massive spread or something fishy; and people think what happens with AIM listed stocks is bent - the TSXV looks no better IMO.

but s/p still pathetic after the 1.85p s/p raise in August for £4.2m! They must have some of the best drill results around; obtained in a very short time frame too.

Fools and their short term rainbow chasing I suppose.

It's just that the rainbow chasers are off elsewhere mate; most of them never really learned to read at school.

Whatever happens the FURA MCAP appears to be now less than the value of the recently raised capital! Odd to say the least - and I thought AIM was a crazy market but clearly TSXV is no better.

The FURA share price performance of late has been pretty poor;and I'm expecting them to delay on the deal for a further 2 weeks. It seems the traders that have accumulated over the last few weeks have been selling off this week for a few quid profit.

...correction 5% level for a Beetham TR1.
