Has anyone noticed the PR charm offensive from Art came when BH were offloading non stop and we were ping ponging from 15-20p?

Now he has his cash and the mates have had their conversion adjusted so not oily of pocket we are hearing nada…radio silence.

Do I think the JV is a figment of Arts imagination ? No

Do I think the terms offered were way below what Art wanted -yes.

So he has put equity to the sword but at the same time perhaps enhanced his bargaining position, which in his mind may be justifiable for the end game.

The 1000:1 situation quite frankly has me extremely worried, I am hoping it’s another bargaining ploy with the JV partner to get them to pony up fair value now, or pay more later when we have sunk a few horizontals ourself via a refinancing package that would be eye watering oh painful for holders

I think there is some confusion about trolls/derampers here..

There are many of us Bolton ,Bob etc who feel bitterly disappointed by the way copl is being run with little planning financially and total disregard for shareholders that invested hard earned and have been ridden bareback by the BOD who are milking huge salaries for delivering nowt.

Most of us are bullish on COPL long term just object to the incompetence on the way the company is being run financially

Aside from Art and Ryan I was staggered at the amount of other sizeable salaries that are more akin to a mid tier company not a minnow.

Major cull required till copl is profitable and has restored shareholder value instead of rewarding failure

Most likely our lovely bh chums are still dumping interest shares

We really need them gone as part of any JV

My thoughts on the consolidation is it’s an attempt at a reset that will be accompanied by a ’dilution that would be extremely painful for holders already battered by their lack of financial planning.
That is why at this point it’s essential we send AM a message to confirm this is unacceptable and he needs to restore shareholder value before any such actions are taken.
He seems to have tunnel vision solely on an operational level and believes he can ride roughshod over shareholders with no accountability to deliver value for shareholders

I think the point Arthur is missing is no one gives a toss if we were at 50p and did a consolidation
But to destroy shareholders value and then do it is totally taking the p9ss

Time to send these clowns a message you cannot deliver abysmal production dilute equity to oblivion and then award huge pay increases

Incrementally increasing cash payments based on success of deep wells

All above seems feasible to me and the price crash could be conveniently implemented to facilitate an equity stake as part of JV terms at an acceptable level….

Another way to look at management pay increased is to compare back to medieval times when if you got hitched the sheriff got to Roger your mrs on your wedding night!
Sorry but there is no other way of looking at this other than rubbing salt into wounds and BOD laughing all way to bank.
Even if we do get the illusive JV i will be absolutely staggered if we breach 20p, which was considered a joke price b4 The BH funded the company at our expense.

The last pay rises were an absolute joke they should have a 50 percent cut perhaps that would focus attention on delivering shareholder value
