Wookie free\fee shares are being given out like candy to get our monthly running costs down all being dumped on the market. We are going nowhere until this stops. In the meantime bh and the like laughing all way to the.bank safe in the knowledge if we do actually spike on JV they can either convert at massive profit or exercise options to buy at zero risk of missing out.

Make no mistake I am raging about it. With hindsight he could have done a proper placing when we were in the 30s for ages and extended to private holders via p bid as you say but that’s never been the way he does things.

We are were we are and the only good thing the BH have done is make sure the funds are being spent where they should be - a permanent solution to pressure issues.

I think it’s more a case that retail are an irrelevance to Art, this has been made very clear by the lining of bh pockets with dirt cheap stock. In Arts mind a price worth paying so long as the end game is achieved.
We need a JV that rapidly delineates the deeps to get us off the floor.

Bolton Art has his Money and is no doubt irked we as shareholders who backed him have the temerity to give him some flack after collapsing the sp and then rewarding bh chums by resetting their conversion to this derisory level. It stinks to high heaven but what can we do?

Not a word from the ceo since he got his funds. It’s beyond poor but one would hope if they actually get their finger out and do what has been promised …recompletions , RBL and Jv then hope those that bought in on the basis of arts promises will get something like parity.

Unless I am mistaken they would have to pay the highest share price of last 12 months and if someone has over 60 percent already the price offered to equity for remainder could be very tasty indeed….

Regarding oilexco it’s important to note that operationally it was a huge success but quite simply Art was bankrolled by RBS who were the main casualty of the banking crisis

IMHO it’s essential we get the recompletions done in parallel with the GGS work to keep production levels as high as possible considering the low cost and now we have cash in bank I can’t for the life of me understand the snails pace of getting these on line.

Base could not agree more, my only vague hope of at least parity is his apparent stubbornness to prove up the field will eventually overweigh the avalanche of confetti to mates that quite frankly has been the worst managed financing I have ever seen.

Nice 1 mill buy and then some chunky sells, given up trying to work out what’s happening here, all I know is we have had our pants pulled round our ankles big time.

I’m not normally up for such things but the manner AM has treated equity holders whilst cozying up to BH is leaving a very sour taste.

Believe me nothing would please me more but I have now accepted the reality that this this could be a long ride to fair value. Like many I would prefer the whole shebang just got flogged for fair value (multiples of this sp) but Art and his BH chums have that door firmly shut till a time of their choosing

Duster pretty sure Art does not really care about PI Opinion.
He has his main bond holder on side and for a yet unknown reason (imho to block jv parter doing takeover before he deems fit) has allowed them a controlling interest in the company.
We are now just passengers as corporate hardball is played out as clearly Art is willing to go it alone until a sensible offer is made. Once COPL is producing sensible amounts of oil all should become clear.
