What irks me the most about pay increase leaving aside the sheer gall of it is it’s obvious funds are tight and every penny should be going into running the business mkt liking director profits they should have had a salary cut not increase and yes if goals are met them increase.

Much as I would like this to be true if this was the case surely Anavio would also be converting, or maybe they are happy with the options they have

One of the reasons our running costs are so high is yhe amount of over paid under achieving execs we have at the very least they should be having a salary reduction not increase until key milestones are met

To be missing the point I am making

These lot awardees themselves 50 percent pay raises whilst decimating the sp by dire financial planning

My point is they are feeling zero pain in their pockets whist those that backed them are

Are they doing all thru can operationally now yes they are

Should they be rewarded for abysmal failure absolutely not

Duster quite simply these lot are banking their vastly inflated salaries they can just chug along without giving a toss for shareholders

Personally I think it’s a mistake to remove Art at this point as much as I am disgusted by the pay increases.

He needs the message loud and clear no more mates rates share raises or pay increases.

Get production up to where it should be and deliver the JV.
