Disagree there was no need for the RNS

It’s the first formal confirmation in an RNS in isolation that tells us there is an agreement in place (yes at present non binding)

We could be just weeks away (quite likely considering how long informal discussions have been going on) from a definitive rns that may surprise many in its detail.

Because of the dire finance decisions made all people are focussing on is swing trading off the back of bond conversions.

We are actually negotiating a farm in with an as yet undisclosed company not only on the billion barrels but also a carbon capture project.

Those of you lucky enough to be buying at this level may want to start looking at this as a huge multi bag hold instead of a 10-15 percent trade….

Just a reminder the JV will be on the asset level and the current mkt cap is not relevant

I think the point with both prem and kod is both bad horrendous dilution on route to a re rate, o reason why this cannot happen here

Todays RNS was as good as could be expected

It’s unrealistic to look for big increases in bopd until the Ggs is fully hooked up and the injection rate is amped up. From once the injection rate is at max level it will take around 3 weeks for the production to get ti optimal levels.

So really is pointless looking at monthly production until then….late august early September.

What also went mainly un noticed was also measures in place to avoid issues seen last winter.

So we have another couple of months of derampers making hay and hopefully when we are above 2k bopd they can p@ss off and find another gig making investors life’s a misery

All going well awaiting patsy to complete commissioning then we should.see production back over 2k bopd when injection rates amped up and…..increasing.

Copls peak production with the old piping was 2700 bopd. Cannot see why we cannot match that within next 2 months when injection is fully amped up.

Main update will be when GGS is completed and injection rates amped up , should see well over 2k bopd then

Again similarities with copl who are considering a Nasdaq listing and consolidation to get the dp to the required price for Nasdaq

PANR have less debt but are getting smashed sane way so you cannot just compare mkt cap as we have the senior loan and the bonds, PANR just have the bond that is roughly sane amount as our 2 combined

I am coming to the conclusion that any stock with bonds and vwap as finance is a disaster.
