Very positive speech for builders from Boris at the conference.

Like you I have read through the Q&A’s, I don’t read anything that is not reassuring and confirms many of the things we have been speculating about. I don’t think I need to reiterate anything, we all live and breathe this stuff. I remain positive, I am not persuaded by the derampers, I am invested and accept that I may have rose tinted spectacles but I believe in my own research and will confidently hold because I can.

Blades, you were just reporting what you saw, Sneaky Simon is incorrect to suggest that this had been mentioned many times before, I look in every day and to my recollection, it has never been confirmed. We certainly would like to see it as it would be a good indicator of progress but I agree the Google page can be altered by anyone. Thanks for your input and don’t be put off.

I don’t think we were aware that they had switched to 24 hour shifts but we had hoped they might as a clear sign of increased production. Where did you get this from Blades?

The rise is the SP alone must surely require a RNS after the bell.

I hope that there will be no need for an overdraft. I’m certainly expecting news to land very soon, (yes again). The fact that ABDX have not issued an RNS is troubling for those invested and I wish them well but I still firmly believe that it will be ODX that get the nod from HMG - goodness knows we have been waiting for it. I just can’t see that suddenly a saliva based test will now be the way to go, it seems that we all stated there and then moved on from it when difficulties arose although the press articles over the weekend were very positive - we know that talk is cheap and it is approvals that make the difference so we will see. ATB.

Can’t find any specific approvals but the publicity alone will give a big lift.

I think restrictions are still in place for flights into USA - I have checked the list of exhibitors and Omega do not appear. Still positive that they had a place though.

TWatcher, I don’t really understand your reply and I don’t think you are having a go at me but I might be wrong. Anyway I think one tweet confirms the other. I repeat the relevant bits here, am I wrong?

I noticed that a comment made by Bigjock prior to ODX’s own tweet was virtually repeated by them when they did publish. I don’t really know how but he does certainly seem to have some inside track. Bigjock, I would be grateful if you would give us your view of where we are, what timescales you believe we may be working towards for each authorisation and yes what is your target for the SP. Thank you.

Well this is a pretty unusual thread - whatever his motives may have been, surely we must all be reassured that even TW is adding and therefore his expectations are north of where we are today?

I agree with you Anthony but I also thought it unimaginable that a company able to produce massive numbers of tests and supported by HMG would not be pumping out tests throughout a pandemic. I also have faith in our own Visitech test but I will be pretty happy if we go the Mologic route.

Gary, why not just give us tonight, I am sure there will be many opportunities for you to come back with more of your particular style of input. Thanks in advance.

My faith in finally achieving MHRA approval is absolute although the journey has been much longer and a lot more painful than I had anticipated. I added at the times I should have been trading it but I have never sold. I own a lot of shares and one day soon I know that my faith will be repaid. I don’t think the good news will stop with home use approval although that will be massive but I firmly believe that we will also get FDA approval and between the two the SP will have no connection to what we have today. Your posts have been great, please keep up the effort. ATB

Jubbly, I share your pain and the love hate relationship with Omega. If you do not like the word order would you prefer us to refer to the signed contract?

Thank you Tropical that was very helpful and clear at least as far as ABDX understand it and we actually have no reason to doubt them. It is very unfortunate that they and by association we have been caught up in this, whilst we would all encourage our politicians and decision makers to make all haste during a time of emergency, if you are already cutting corners, legitimately and in the best interests of the company, we have a right to expect that this is done with the minimum of deviation from the laid down procedures. By using his personal phone/computers Bethell and probably others have tarnished what would have otherwise have been a warranted process. I do not doubt that to some extent at least this has become a political football used for point scoring by those against the current government but our own representatives have provided much ammunition. The figures provided by ABDX read well and I hope that despite the controversy the test will pass the (presumably) re-evaluation procedure.

Okehurst, thank you again for all that you bring to this board, I think we are all in agreement, possible for different reasons, of a pressing need for antibody testing. It is unfortunate that ABDX have now lost their original lead but whichever test, from those being evaluated, is chosen we have a strong chance of manufacturing it - we are ready.

As each day passes the pain becomes greater but I will see this through, all the very best to those suffering alongside me. Hold Hard.
