Trying to hire car in Tenerife, absurd prices. If they don't put the cars back on the island, will cancel hotel and go somewhere else. Plane ticket not much more than a large KFC bargain bucket with some extras, just won't turn up for the flight. It's called pricing yourself out of the market Tenerife - get a grip!

I think you are forgetting your position muma and getting above your station. It is not your place to make requests of me. If you are not happy with your position, maybe it is time for you to move on and pursue opportunities elsewhere.

There are many thousands of stories out there. Yet, the sames ones keep being posted that I post. The probability of that happening is very low. Just seems a silly stunt to me,

woody, I've flown Ryanair literally hundreds of time and never had an issue. Easyjet maybe a hundred times, not bad but they have been creeping prices up for a few years - trying to be the sainsbury's of the skies I think. No corresponding difference in overall experience. Jet2, I don't fly them. Monarch a few times mainly form Gib and nothing much different than the others. BA - maybe fifty times most on short haul to Italy, very six and two threes but they will dish out a few free bottles of Champagne every now and again. Some of the BA crew are a bit self-important.

Perhaps the main psychological effect is which planes the airline uses. Ryanair pre pandemic basically had one type of aircraft. I suppose if you didn't get on with the aircraft it could affect your deeper seated perception.

If he filtered me, why does he constantly keep reposting the same stories I do? I have been noticing this for a few weeks now and the pattern is quite well established. It is flattering but also a diversion for regular free speaking open minded users.

Bit of an odd survey, given that things like seats, in flight service, and many other aspects of flying are the same irrespective of airline (Ryanair now has the same thin seat used by most of the others giving an extra inch or so leg room). Another odd one, lowest on time percentage for Ryanair?? They are typically top of the table for being on time. Which? surveys are not what they used to be I've heard and it is very curious for BA to be listed just a shade abot BA. I bet most here will disagree.

So the main story to look out for is US removing pre flight tests. Others are doing so sporadically, an announcement from the US will get the dominoes falling. More than most restrictions, that particular issue, testing, will be a big leg up for a return to normal. But the masks must go too. SOme airlines are keeping them (UK side) believing it sends a sign of customer care, other airlines (US side) are wanting to get rid of them entirely before summer. Ihope the mask lobby is crushed as fast as possible as they are going to be doing a great deal of damage keeping the pandemic going in people's minds.

More on the story. Could see sp budge up to 165/167 in advance of this. However, boe today may have much more effect on sp. Difficult to predict how iis and market will react to a rise in interest rates. Think it may be neutral overall so target is 165 for end of week for me.

Not digging out the charts, been here many, many times where charts look like copies of each other. If you want to see a true picture, normalise the y axis and plot the log/log of the chart. If they overlap then, you have got something. However, you will need to do the whole sector in order to to understand the variance. Normally people show an individual share NOT following the sector trend. You will most likely find airlines on Tokyo following the same trend. They are international companies. They get traded as one around the main exchanges.

This is the very superficial analysis that leads to future disappointment. The walk down of the sp today is most likely to do with the boe announcement tomorrow.
