I am to believe the company sent such detailed and extensive correspondence to you privately? I have never, ever come across any company that goes into any correspondence, if indeed they reply at all for the simple basic reason they are potentially giving information exclusively to a very limited number of investors rather than the whole market. If the company were to take your questions and answer and publish in a press release on the companies website, then it would be valid. Until I see that information you claim came from the company actually published by the company, I must conclude it is made up and you are just on some ego trip trying to make yourself look important or in the know.

Your claim those replies came from the company is fake. If you want to prove otherwise, have your insider at POLY publish the Q&A on the POLY investors page. There is nothing to stop them and if this information was true and signed off by the legals and the board AND the special committee then it is information the whole market should see.

jezza, I'm ore referring to the point that smelted gold inside Russia if from concentrate supplied by POLY, has a smaller market and therefore the concentrate value drops. The company has sought to sell to asia outside Russia instead although the origin means the product as a more limited market place for various reasons.

The bottom line is there are people posting constantly about the gold price and implying that is what POLY is being paid for GE when it will not be. POLY will be selling at a discount, not withstanding significant increase in shipping cost.

Who said the concentrate sales are unaffected? That is one hell of a leap from what I said, the RUSSIAN sourced product will have origin certificates which, in the current climate, will reduce the market place - which is why the sales have been switched to asian markets which is a much smaller market place than a global market. Also, POLY will not be the only ones and the reduced market will be over supplied so prices will be depressed. As far as Kaz product is concerned, the market should be much bigger although some buyers will be concerned about security of delivery since the company, POLY, is exposed to toxic Russian assets that may impact on the orderly operation of the company. Since the previous Ruble Rupee exchange rate was 100:1, what value does Global Bank PLC give to the new Rupee? Exactly. At some point BRICS transactions in a globalized economy will have to interface with the currency valuation of the rest of the world. The closed trading block within BRICS becomes meaningless in the exact same way the European 'internal' market is meaningless when it has to interact with the rest of the world and if there is any stress on the global system the true valuation is rapidly applied and you end up with credit crunch collapse. Europe is not so pretentious these days since it nearly got pulled into default, and it is still vulnerable with the Euro trying to force fit different economies into one model as proposed with BRICS.
