Can you just clarify that it's the closing SP on the day the FOIL RNS is released that we are using.

Thought it better to get that straight now to avoid an almighty ruck on the day (joking to an extent).

FWIW we have now broken through the 200 SMA (46.5p) and the 100 SMA (47.8p) and cut through them all with ease.

It also looks like Brent has broken into a definable upward trend at last.

Hopefully blue skies above, especially with the positive news flow expected over the coming weeks.

Whilst somewhat more complex, PMO's Catcher project is a classic FPSO set up and I would recommend you have a look at this brief presentation from PMO.

Hook up to FOIL took about 9 weeks but encompassed 12 wells and 3 distinct fields.

Hi P4R,

Connecting the buoy requires about 6 hours in calm conditions.

Time to FOIL is an unknown but 3-6 weeks would be as good a yardstick as any. My money is on 4 weeks.

On a separate note, the AM would remain attached to the buoy even in extreme sea conditions. It would take very unusual circumstances for the AM to detach itself from the buoy. I asked Neil Platt about this after the last AGM.

The additional green weather protection installed whilst at DDD and the stability of being attached to the buoy system will see it through all but the most extreme weather conditions.

At the moment, the forecast for Sunday to Tuesday is nice and calm and ideal for hooking up the buoy.

The commonly held view I was referring to is that the EPS will prove a success and the rest follows from there.

I agree that there is plenty of time for the AM to get to Lancaster by Thursday.

The issue is the quality and shortness of the weather window available.

The slot for next week looks a much better bet to me.

Either way, not looking like too long now until the buoy is hooked up.

Nice move straight through the 50 SMA (42.9p) on good volume (5M shares) for a 1/2 day's trading.

If Brent holds up (looking likely) this bodes well for the NY.

Particularly when talking about attending 2018 AGMs, eh NigWit (AKA Pants on Fire).

However, I think it's safe to say that it's highly probable that the reason why the AM has not yet sailed from Rotterdam is NOT weather related and that something else is holding it up.

The weather of late could not have been better for sailing to the WOS and hooking up the buoy.

I think after saying that the stop over was going to be "a week or so" and quoting 6 weeks from Dubai to WOS, it's a shame that we could not have had a quick update (Tweet or RNS) to advise what's causing the delay.

If it's going to be another two or three weeks to sail away, then that's fine, but why not keep investors in the loop.

HUR have enough on their plate. They don't need any more acreage to deliver their goal. Significant returns for shareholders in as short as time frame as is possible. There is such a thing as spreading yourself too thinly and budget will be tight to properly deliver GWA and GLA anyway. Still plenty to prove up here.

Frankly I'd be amazed if HUR bid for this acreage. The OGA would be expecting fairly immediate plans in terms of exploration drills with a budget to back this up. I don't think HUR are in position to do this.

Personally, I think it's good to see another newly formed independent get a crack at it. Spark are a privately owned company so you won't be able to see what funds they have for drilling at this stage but they will have had to show the OGA the colour of their money. I expect they have their very own James Huddleston.

If Spark come up trumps with their drill, it can only add value to HUR and at no cost to the company.

Looking for a conspiracy where there is none is just folly. Surprised it even made the board.
