5x5 we have also had a placing since the loan, as well as the ERW news, which hopefully should negate the need for further drawdowns from Shemasian

5x5 they told us they were only taking tranche one in the RNS. Each subsequent drawdown would be sp affecting so would have to be communicated

So, until we know differently, it is only tranche one in my opinion

Take KOD as an example. A brilliant RNS a week or so ago, regular twitter updates and a whole round of interviews. The effect on the sp? a couple of percent at most.

This isn't a criticism of KOD, they are one of the best businesses on AIM imo. It's simply to demonstrate that comms have very little impact on early stage businesses

Very few companies with a market cap the size of GST have much if any II investment yet you post the percentage of retail as if it is somehow a negative. Perhaps you could provide a few examples of sub £20m market caps where there is greater than 50% II holdings to back up what you say.

What would like the BOD to say on a day to day basis? Personally I'm happy with a BOD who are focussed on publishing a strategy and then focussing on delivering it. Take Kod as an example. T

Kat any potential takeover recommended by a BOD requires shareholder approval and therefore a meeting. It doesn't matter about the make up of the investor base.
