James not sure why you make the same Kat mistake and link the sp to the business performance.

At the corporate update the sp touched 1.4. Today, on no negative news whatsoever, it is half that and c40% below the placing price.

I guess that just shows, to me atleast, is how unrepresentative sp is of actual business on something like GST.

I'd actually prefer if GST moved to AIM as I don't think main market algos work for a start up business with very low transaction volumes

i even doubt the semnet contract and suspect it's an inhouse contract of some sort that inflates the implied value. no proof of it except that single contract was for 6 x total unaudited revenue in 2022.

What is this terrible PR. A full corporate update less than three months ago. A placing announcing a potential acquisition followed by announcement of the acquisition in the usual timescale.

The RNS trail about Bonfire pay is exactly the same as every other acquisition. An acquisition is sp affecting, so has to be communicated as soon as terms are agreed, which they are here

Wrt Easysend, the money will still be ring fenced. The deal is more complex than first anticipated. If a deal isn't right you ultimately walk away. It happens all the time. That said, I still expect it to happen and way before the end of November

1.The majority of Semnet had already been bought so it doesn't accelerate the strategy. Nor would the lawyers have allowed the wording potentially via acquisition to be included if it was for something already largely acquired.

2. You need to go back to school for basic business finance. The contract Semnet have won will significantly increase the revenue without a corresponding increase in fixed costs, so your supposed profit number is a complete piece of nonsense. How can you possibly claim the entire sp drop is due to the purchase of a profitable growing business. Please explain your logicx what you have written so far is complete nonsense
