I agree on the depreciation point, it will go up a bit more so I'm not convinced about any chance of a statutory profit, not am I fussed.

Of the £100m cash outflow last year I think nearly half was REVB and EBT from memory and they shouldn't be repeated. With a further drop in exceptionals, it doesn't take much more to get to positive FCF if capex does drop to £30m.

I'm certainly not expecting massive FCF, but I'd certainly think there is a good chance it will be double digit millions

From a cursory look at the accounts, depreciation and amortisation together were over £70m last year. Are you expecting them to drop this year, as I'm anticipating capex in the £30m's

Go read the innovation pathway website. Companies can move straight into the approvals process from the innovation pathway

The simple fact that we have had no notification that we have left the pathway implies that something additional is happening as the pathway is typically six to nine months

Being cash flow positive will be a big step forward.

Doesn't mean we will be making a statutory profit tho, there is still a lot of depreciation and amortisation to wash through yet. Not over fussed about that personally, the infrastructure we have built will do for a fair number of years yet

Still makes me think the revenue figure is actually transaction value.
