It is a little strange that they released the results early, usually they have been at the end of the month

However, i think the sp action today is far more due to deliberate shorting than anything else.

As i posted earlier, nearly 20 posts from Openheimer with an hour and no posts before or since. A whole bunch of very strange trades have just been reported from this morning , which look suspiciously like some form of spoof to help push the sp down.

It may be to help Semnet as you say, it may also facilitate Easysend if that is going to be settld in shares, but personally i'm more of a believer in OCCAM'S Razor

Had, if you look at the accounts they are at worst trading at break even and as revenue grows imminently this should turn to profitability.

They have about £3m in the bank, so any further raise will only be for another acquisition. This should be value accretive in short order if they do it.

It may or may not happen, it depends how quickly profit comes in and if they see something with enough value add.

The opportunity here is massive

Growth businesses are valued on revenue not profit. Start ups typically take three years to make a profit as the initial fixed cost investment is invariably greater than the initial revenues, which take 1-2 years to grow.
