Jeremy the plan is already being delivered. It goes something like this

1. Right size the cost base.

2. Focus on key brands

3. Implement growth plans.

1&2 are largely done

We are seeing the beginnings of #3 with USDC, influencer store fronts and Boo market place.

Doesn't mean it will work or be all plain sailing but atleast there is a strategy and it is being implemented
