I don't think the market mechanics would enable the scenario you outline, anybody dumping that volume would have to do it off book over a period of weeks

Geo I simply look at the share price tab here. It gives a total volume figure and then buys and sells. You can then calculate that the remainder is unknowns.

40% is very unusual imo, especially with the size of the trades. It doesn't look like normal PI activity

The key point here isn't the buys or sells, it's the number of unknowns. 700k unknowns today and they made up virtually all of the biggest trades, with loads at 20k or more.

So somebody is either replenishing a short or building a position. as I said yesterday the data points to somebody not wanting this to go up

Yep director payments went up from 770k to over 800k.

I don't know what pees me off more, the price of the placing or the directors giving themselves a pay rise when revenue tumbled.

However what is more interesting is the timing. Q2 results are due this week and either they are so bad that they wouldn't have been able to get a placing away. Or they expect to be able to flip a fair number of shares at a decent profit.

I'd guess the latter is probably more likely so will have a small buy to see what happens.

In any event £400k adverts any cash flow problems for the remainder of this year I'd guess

Steve much as I agree about the need for delivery, the FID is old news. The decision has been taken, the development study is almost the equivalent of DFS and will be good enough for any potential partner as the business case is so cut and dry.

You also don't get much clearer than the director stating we are explorers not miners.

I also don't get why Max is even mentioning the contractor when he believes it is also not relevant.

The market cap is already single digit millions, which for the scale of resources is chicken feed.

We are at the stage where somebody could take this out for small change rather than it going bust.

Administrators would probably do a far better job of asset disposals than the current BOD, based on current experience, although I don't expect it to happen

It smacks of one of three things to me

1. Incompetent market makers

2. Price drop to fill a big order

3. Somebody purposefully killing the rise.

As usual I'd guess it's number three, after all it happened for years.

And market makers complain about investors leaving AIM!

The minimum wage for textile workers is 113 dollars per month. Someone earning 115 dollars for a 48 hour week isn't earning above the minimum wage.

In any event the minimum wage is just over half of the living wage so isn't acceptable.

So, as I said, you are wrong on all counts.

Interesting that it'd another ex Fortescue guy. The links seem to be getting stronger and would support a total buy out of Havieron/Telfer. That also seems to be where his skill set is, especially with a banking background to boot.
