As I said, glad you have done well in RR. I've never understood the idiots who want to see others lose money, like a couple on here.

High PE has always been a massive flag for me, as you say it is easy to fall.

I've always been into AIM and contrarian investing with my own portfolio, largely because it's more interesting and most of my money is with professionals or final salary pensions, so I can afford to take a risk or two.

I've found so far that the odd diamond more than makes up for the odd dud, although AIM now is virtually investable imo so I'll be looking more at ftse350 in future

I can't think of any reason unless it's used as a vehicle to fend off an acquisition.

£25m per year is what I heard for capex and I've been cautious on interest and lease payments, so this year may be tight but the following two should be ok. So over the three year period it looks like positive cash to me.

The biggest two assumptions are revenue and margin and until we see half year results it's impossible to even start to make a decent forecast with any confidence

Market screener is forecasting EBITDA of £68m, £79m and £95m for the next three years. With interest and lease payments at worst case will be £40m per year I think. The EBT already owns well over 4% of the total share capital, so I can't see why they would buy anymore.

Not sure if exceptionals are included in market screener forecasts, but in any event their revenue growth figures seem small to me.

I want to see some initial signs that the amended strategy is working in the H1 results.

I don't think there will be a rights issue, I think they will find alternative forms of funding. A £100 RCF is probably all they need.

If the amended strategy works this will be pounds not pennies so I'd rather wait and miss some of the bottom for a little more certainty as the returns will still be 100s of percent

Then the converse is also true, because a price drops it doesn't mean anybody necessarily knows anything.

But my point, in any event, was more about the reasonable thinking on RR (when it was sub £1) was that it was finished. Sometimes, going against the reasonable thinking is where real money is to be made.

My point was more that because someone only posts on one board, it doesn't mean they are paid to do it.

I actually think it is more likely that people are paid to troll rather than pump as shorting makes a lot more quick money.

I'm invested in GST, on the morning of their results a whole load of troll who have never been seen before or since appeared. One in particular, by the name of Openheimer posted 20 odd times in forty minutes and then vanished, job done.
