Topshop is simply a brand. Boo has net assets of 250m from memory, so simplistically all of Boos brands are currently worth less than Top Shop

You forget that there is a massive buyer here. A buyer who has bought 3% of the business whilst volumes have been the lowest ever.

It's the opposite of supply and demand economics.

Go and pick an argument elsewhere, it seems to be what you do.
