The remaining RCF is fixed until Oct 26, if we aren't generating cash by then I doubt it any of us will still be invested.

We have plenty of means to generate cash for the next few years atleast, so personally I don't see it as any form of issue at the moment

Part of the proceeds will be used to pay down, in full, the remainder of the term loan, which was due for repayment in August 2025. This will leave the business with a £125m revolving credit facility which is sufficient for its needs going forward.
