According to a customer satisfaction survey carried out by Which?, among the problems that clients have to deal with are price hikes, poor speeds, connection dropouts and router issues.
From the customers that were surveyed, Virgin Media clients were most likely to have experienced an issue with almost 75% of customers affected as reported by Which?. Virgin is followed by Sky and BT as the most complained-about providers. Zen Internet got the fewest complaints with only 25% of the people surveyed reporting a problem.
According to the survey, the most popular problem among the broadband companies is the price for their services, followed by slow speeds that affect one in five customers. TalkTalk customers were more likely to experience very low speeds compared to other providers with 31% of the customers having complained in the last year.
SSE turned out to be the worst performer regarding connection dropouts with almost a quarter of its customers being affected. Virgin Media clients were most likely to deal with router issues and be left without connection for hours and even days at a time.
Talktalk and Virgin worst. Not surprised with talktalk.
