According to the Big Man, we're pathetic for not turning up to the AGM!

What a load of shoe menders! If I went to every AGM I hold shares in I would currently have to take 10 off work, that's providing I can get there and back in a day. Some people have more important things in life, whether that be work, being on holiday, caring for others or as in my case babysitting my gorgeous granddaughter on the day. So no contest in my case! Go to a boring AGM, where not even the board members can be bothered to turn up in person or play with my granddaughter? As I say no contest!

If there is actually anything of any substance on the horizon it will have to be announced via RNS if nothing is announced soon, what a waste of time attending would have been.

I remember people asking the same question at the time, couldn't understand why they didn't invite the MP who was behind the false info down to the test centre to give her all the info she needed.

Although, it was another Peel project and we all know how committed they were to getting things off the ground. So at the end of the day it would have been a waste of time anyway.

May as well forget any Peel projects for a good few years to come. Wait to get the first unit up and running and then see what money is coming in before we even consider starting up again at Protos.

I get the feeling from the header and Slims short response, we're being told if we'd wanted to know, we should have been there.

Maybe they were told something on the quiet, but would have thought that would be a dangerous game for the board to take, hoping no one would blab! Who knows, maybe just a nod and a wink.

Anyway Slim put his head above the parapet once before and I respect his decision not to comment further, if indeed I'm reading it right and that is his decision.

Hopefully that will be the last AGM anyway, and we can all walk into the sunset just a bit richer than when started this whole sales process.

Just taking the video at face value. It states that the FTU will generate £500,000 in profit annually.

I have no further knowledge than that or any reason to doubt that that is what must have been said at the AGM yesterday.

We should get confirmation of this "European Patent Application No 20751207.0, "Method and Apparatus for the Treatment of Waste Material" it was supposed to have been granted on the 11th Oct last year, but then we had the Patent challenge from Onunda. I would have thought it would have been granted by now as the challenge has now been resolved.

Also waiting on the Australians to say they have the funding.

There may be others, but if I've missed them I'm sure Castle will fill you in. LOL.

Agree with Pat, need to get the Bridgend up and running, if the Australians get their finances in order, I would hope commissioning towards the end of 2025.

I think Australia is our best bet, Europe will drag their feet, Hui don't have the means to finance their side of any deal and neither do we. Protos is dead in the water for a long time to come.

We still have a few announcements that should improve the share price to come though.

Big things will come with PHE, we just need a bit more patience, it's a shame we wasted the last couple of years, but I believe we have a good man at the helm now.

I wasn't aware of that, regarding every 1 % over and above 3.

That would put pay to the rest of the family selling without us knowing if that is correct though.

I will look into it further as it doesn't quite explain how HW managed to sell the majority of his shares without informing the FCA while it was happening.

Regarding a Rns being issued for anyone buying or selling shares in a company.

As I understand it, someone only has to advise the FCA once they have reached 3% of the shares in issue, after that, they do not need to advise again until they drop below 3% again. Once below they can sell what ever they like without needing to issue another Rns.

So in short, HW is below 3% already so no Rns will be forthcoming.

As for the rest of his family they can sell all the way down to, by reckoning around 126,000,000 without needing to inform the FCA.

Please do correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Well I'd say that just about sums it all up.

Pretty much everything to say about the process has been said time and time again.

Every morning I look for a Rns, every morning there's nothing. I go to work and look again when I get home.

Losing faith that they will ever come up with a good price for share holders now.

Mark and Jim just keep bringing their averages down so they will no doubt walk away with a nice profit. As for the rest of us, I don't hold out much hope of a decent return.

A few weeks ago I was actually showing a profit, today I'm showing down £1300

I just wish they would put me out of my misery now so I can just move on.

The White family could keep the share price on it's knees for a good 6 months if they so wish. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if it is the family selling, and if done right it will be quite a while before we find out.

In Howards last interview or the one before, he showed his true colours when talking about Hui's recent share price fall.

Saying he can't understand why it should fall so much and how he hopes all those selling come to regret their decision. Or words to that effect.

He came across as a spoilt child to me.

Personally, I would be much happier if the Whites did get out. Let them concentrate on their cannabis farming. They may be finding it's a lot harder to sell than they thought.

Sounds like that deal may be off the table now, after due diligence it seems Essential Energy, Formerly Helmond Holding group may not have been entirely truthful regarding their true value.

Just a thought Scooby, But did your mate say what the alloy was that the kiln was being made from?

As if it was something out of the ordinary, it may be that a certain quantity had to be ordered, therefore enough to make an additional 12 units.

I can't remember off hand the temperatures the kiln will need to get up to but it needs to be very hot to basically vaporise all the different feed stock. Not something you could make out of some bog standard metal, I wouldn't have thought.

Just an idea.

Mentions the FTU is only 2.5 ton per day unit.

Sorry to put a dampener on your figures mate, but the pilot kiln is only a 2.5 ton a day not 40.

At that size I don't believe it will be used to generate income as such, more as they say as a test unit for different materials .

It would be nice to know how much they see the licence fee for each unit will be priced at now. When they were talking of a licence fee system before they were talking of £500,000 per unit. It would be nice to know whether they still believe that figure is achievable.
