This company just grows and grows. At some point the share price will reflect just how good this company.

It is growing year on year.

It's always been a LTH for me, and was hoping to put more into it, when funds were available. Looks like I may miss out and will have to wait for a dip.

Just received my corporate action notice on ii.

Please could someone tell me if I'm right when I say if I choose to receive all cash I will get 0.1043 for each of my I3e shares plus a further 6.6898 for each of the GTE shares that I would be allocated on the default option. i.e. 1 GTE share for every 207 I3e shares I hold. Plus the dividend.

If that is correct, they seem to be offering a premium on todays GTE share price.

It would be good to hear what others are contemplating. Personally if what I have said is correct, I will be opting for the all cash option, I just want to get out with as much as I can and invest in somewhere other than AIM shares.

I was only going on what was said in the video and was just taking it at face value, as I have no way of knowing or finding out on what PE was basing his assumption on.

I was just putting it out there to remind people of the potential income stream, as people were talking of placings, borrowings and the like.

It sounds like the alternative to my so called naivety is to not believe anything the board say at all. In which case why would you invest in such a company at all.

I think we also need to remember, it was stated in a video with PE back in June, he was saying the FTU should generate income of around £500,000 p.a. from electricity generation.

firstly on my mobile which i ignored and then immediately after on the landline.

just like yourself i didn't catch where she was calling from as i had just been catching 40 winks when the mobile rang.

like you say, went through the data protection blurb and asked if i was aware of what was happening and whether i would be voting. she told me what the deal was, regarding ************** and cash. asked if i had questions, but i didn't get the impression she was pushing the deal and she didn't ask which way i would be voting.

it's going to be a full time job if they intend to ring every shareholder.

From the directors report June 29th 2023 Josh White held 307,785,185

Ben and Serena held the same as you are showing, the White family held as a whole 789,257,099

So I make it that Ben and the family as a whole are holding less shares now than they were 14 months ago.

A great set of results yet again. Over delivered on their previous guidance.

Only down side is France and Germany as they expected.

Since the announcement GTE shares are worth a dollar a share less.

Work that out on how many GTE shares you would be getting.

My only concern is, if no higher offer is forthcoming and this is voted down, I think they will cut the Divi, if only to spite us for voting no.

consolidate the shares and then have a placing.

i've never been in a share yet where consolidating has worked out right for me.

this share price is in danger of disappearing up it's own ****!

Never ceases to amaze me how the markets interoperate results.

Even after receiving the options, management still only hold a fraction of shares on the market, we only need a couple of the big investment companies to vote no, and this deal will be dead in the water

Here's hoping, they feel the same as the majority on here.
