I do take everything HW says with a lot of scepticism, since he sold most of his shares in PHE while telling people to fill their boots.

I'm not Chris, but from the way I see things regarding the Cannabis business, is this.

HW loves to put out RNS when things are going well, as on the 5th March he put one out about their first order being placed for 10kg out of the 150kg of finished product with the potential for that to increase to 50kg per month if certain criteria's were met. As far as I'm aware, nothing more has been said. They should be turning out around 150kg to 200kg every two weeks or so of finished product. So they should have had around 9 harvests by now with at least 1.3 ton of finished product.( that is a very conservative figure, going by the 5th March RNS) the fact I've seen no other sales and they are now supposed to be growing for Canopy Growth, rather than trying to sell their own product, says to me they have found life far more difficult than they thought. It will be interesting to see their first set of accounts as to how much money they are making from the deal.

One other thing was HW's interview a few months back, where he behaved like a spoilt child, saying he can't understand why people were selling HUI shares and he hoped that they would live to regret it, or words to that effect.

I wasn't criticising H2oo, he is a good poster and I have defended him in the past under his previous guise. I was just pointing out to Blue that DrAI and Dr Anomaly are different people.

I get the impression that Hui's venture into the Cannabis business isn't as lucrative as they thought it would be. I thought they expected the cash flow from the Cannabis to be able to fund their H2O projects.

As for how deep her pockets are, I don't know! However I seem to remember when she came on the scene there was talk of her being the girlfriend of one of Hw's sons. I can't find anything to corroborate this though.

Bluetoff. I think you're mixing up Dr AI and Dr Anomaly, the later pops up now and then under his new name, H2oo. DrAI has been around quite a while.

Whether it be FUD or not Bob at least it bears some relation to what PHE are also trying to do, If only in using some of the same feedstock and I would sooner see debate around that subject than the usual crap we see on here day after day.

The question is what would the premium have been if they hadn't already had a 50% stake in the Windfall gold project.

Please could someone come up with a figure and say how this could apply to ourselves.

They've only timed it to perfection if they actually sell it, and this is found to be the ATH.

If they don't sell it, the Gold price is irrelevant. If they do sell it and Gold keeps rising, then some people will no doubt say they should have hung on.

However, which ever way this plays out, I don't think we can put the timing down to brilliant management.

So what you're saying is Howard did not found PHE!

And basically HW is just full of it as always.

Why would the White family be selling out in the first place, if as you believe they will then buy back a large stake in the company. After all, once they stop selling the share price should increase and they will have to pay more than they are selling for at the moment.

Also, since when was Howard White the founder of PHE.

I know he was the founder of Waste2tricity that PHE bought out on the request of Peel. Only for him to set up HUI and us jump back into bed with him again.

Genuine question Castle, please point me in the right direction.

If I was you castle I would listen to that interview again.

All it shows to me is how 3 years have just slipped by with nothing happening.

He talks of Protos, now totally on the back burner! He talks of Konin, now on the back burner!

Time scales that he talks of, Konin to have 10 units up and running by now!

The list goes on!

The bloke is full of it, you can't believe a word HW says. I wonder how many people heard that interview at the time and bought in. The share price at the time was around 7p and don't forget not long after that he started to sell his holding, while still telling people to fill their boots!

Now before I get accused of being a de ramper, may I say, I finally believe we have the right management team in place, and I believe we are making good progress. Although I wish we could cut our ties to the White family and also HUI, as I believe they are only in this to feather their own nest and will sell us down the river at the first opportunity.

That's one way of looking at it I suppose. I'm more of the opinion that we are in talks with just one potential buyer as the rest have walked away.

So who holds the upper hand?

Jim says he won't sell on the cheap, but with only one suiter, it's really up to what they are prepared to pay, and if they walk Jim has got to come up with an alternative plan, and everyone knows they don't want to go in to production themselves, so where does that leave us.

I hope you're right EL because it's been a long wait to only come away with what I'm predicting.

Just out of interest, where do you see the final sale price?

Hopefully this is the last step before the sale.

They're just getting the last drop out of the company, bringing there average down even further to line there own pockets.

I just hope there's something in it for us LTH's.

At the start of this sale, I was thinking 65p, Now I think we'll be lucky to get above 45p. I hope I'm wrong!

Hi Castle,

This seller you're going on about is nothing like before when HW was selling. In his case it was a million share or so multiple times a day, lasting for quite a few months. These 3 and 4 hundred thousand share sales don't have the same feel to me. They are easily mopped up.

I thought before when there were big sales showing at the end of the day it may be the rest of the family bailing, but I don't think so now, they aren't selling enough to be bailing out. At this rate it would take years.

I think it's more likely pi's who bought at the bottom and are now taking a healthy profit.

Not everyone is prepared to hold for the big pay day.
