Trades have dried up a lot compared to last week.

I was getting hopeful of a conclusion with all the buying, thought there might have been a bit of a leak.

Yes Bluetoff we were told to fill our boots by Howard. Unfortunately while telling us to do that, he was busy selling most of his holding, which is part of the reason why the share price is where it is. Then he came out with some BS about it allowing him to now be able to join the board. Well that was over a year ago, and they still haven't asked him to join the board.

I wouldn't trust a single word HW says now, he has lost all respect in my eyes.

If it is a Chinese takeover, which sounded pretty likely, I wouldn't expect it to be Monday, but could be very soon.

Chinese New year public holiday ends today, so hopefully they will get things signed next week.

I must admit, I'm happier with the fact he is not presenting than I would be if he were.

If the deal is going through, what's the point of trying to drum up more investors. Shares are all ready held, the only thing it may do is raise the price a little, and if they are close to settling on a price, it may only further delay the end as they try to squeeze an extra few pence out of the buyer.

Let's just get it done so we can all move on.

I know they were in negotiations, but it has been 4 months now. At some point they need to make a decision, and I would say that should have been taken before now, and investors need to be informed. After all, I wouldn't have thought the liquidators have many other options on the table.

I think it's time the board gave some updates.

Firstly. How long do they envisage the Patent court case to take to be resolved. i.e. Are we talking months or years?

Secondly. How far are we from having the TCC built, as far as we know they haven't even appointed anyone to build the thing.

I think there's some crossed wires going on here. I wasn't accusing you of getting personal. I was just explaining why I wasn't trying to get too personal in my spat with TP3. And I'm certainly not defending how this company has been run.

This was all between me and TP3, he then cherry picked some old post where he believes I was all behind the company.

I've always been behind the Tech, after all that's why we are all invested.

I have no problem with people criticising the company, they bloody well deserve it.

Anyway, probably best to leave it there. Hopefully the company will come out with some good news next week regarding the Patent.

It's got nothing to do with being or not being PC. I explained why there's no point in getting personal or offensive.

I get fed up with putting my point across only for someone else to wade in with personal attacks and then someone reports it and the whole thread then gets taken down. Including any decent posts, which is how this whole thing TP3 started in the first place.

That's why I tend to start another thread when things start to get personal.

From just looking back at my posts, I wasn't posting anything on that date. For some reason my posts stop at page 9 although this is still after the date you are talking about.

I know I too was also critical of the FOAK and giving Peel exclusivity if that helps you.

As for the points I raised with you, I would suggest neither have been addressed. I would still like to know where I have used double standards.

I would also like your evidence of me not posting the truth now too.

As I said before you seem to think what ever you write must be believed.

I just hope that you can give the whole DrA a rest now. You should take pleasure in knowing you hounded him off this board, so I don't see the need in bringing it up again a few months later.
