Short term collect the divi, which is very good. Where else can you get a safe Divi of 8 to 9%, also top up on the lows like today.

Okay, today has been a bit of a kick in the nuts, but we're still receiving a great a great dividend.

Medium term, I believe we are in safe hands and the out put will only grow, which in time will increase the share price, which will hopefully increase the Dividend.

Hold your shares tight and they will go up again.

I will be extremely surprised if Onunda actually have a case looking at the time frames and the fact that it is being brought by a company who's employee was employed by the company we appointed to make the TCC before they went belly up. I would hope any court should see right through their claim as nothing more than a company chancing their arm. So will be surprised if our legal costs amount to very much at all. Fingers crossed.

According to 6th Nov RNS the company has IP litigation insurance, so I assume there shouldn't be any drain on our resources.

Please correct me if that's not right.

it's over a month since slim was told we're very close and yet still nothing. everyday i check the rns at 7am and every day nothing , the weeks just keep ticking by and we keep holding on in hope.

it's time for an update jim. mc seems to have disappeared totally, is he ordering his super yacht or building a bunker in case it all goes belly up.

I'm just pleased to see it hasn't tanked, but also as equally pleased it hasn't jumped.

I'm just hoping for a steady sustainable rise without any pumps and dumps.

This has been a very frustrating share to hold, let's hope we've had all the bad news and we can now start the climb back to a decent price, even if it takes a few years.

I agree, the sale of NA would give this a major boost though.

Let them keep the price low.

As it stands anyone buying in at this price is getting an ultra safe 10% divi, hardly any chance of it being reduced. In fact more likely to be increased if anything.

Keep the price low for all I care, I bought more yesterday bringing my average down to 17p if more funds become available I will add more.

Of all the shares I own and am under water with, this is the one I am least worried about. In fact my only worry is that the price will move up considerably before I get a chance to buy more.

It would be nice to get back to monthly Dividends too.

Gives me a bit more confidence that they will start bringing money in to fund PHE going forward.

Things certainly look the most promising they have for a long long time.

Also from what I've seen so far of Paul Emmet, I must say I'm more impressed with him than I have been with anyone else since David Ryan. I know he wasn't a great CEO, as he was basically pushed into the job, because no one else wanted the job, but he had more integrity than the rest of them put together.

Hopefully now PE will follow through and all the possibilities will come to fruition.

I agree with Pat, can't see anything happening for years there.

I would read Hui Rns on the 5th March regarding Cannabis sales Vs production. I wouldn't get too excited about it they've only sold 10kg so far out of a possible 400kg produced. Maybe they've sold more but the silence from them tells me different. Lets face it HW is not slow at trying to ramp up interest, even if it's just so he can line his own pockets.

Yeah we definitely did a swap with b2g, but it was so long ago, I can't for the life of me remember what it was for.

I realise trials take a long time and safety is paramount, but they really do need more updates and how things are looking where the cash runaway is concerned. How far will it take us through phase 2 trials.

I love the potential in this company and would love to add more shares, but a few too many uncertainties at the moment.

We usually go to Lanzarote in Feb, but after this year we are giving up on it. It was oh so windy!
