Last week I said I have been moved to give another site a push!
Wrong they are pushing the other Barron off and guess what the job I was moved from they are now trying to push our Barron off!
Saying we can’t keep up and now starting to pick fault, they are asking us to go back to shut them up, but I am quite happy where i am!

I’m happy I got a 5% rates increase, so laughs all round!

I think we are all feeling the frustration of this share!
On paper it’s a no brainer, especially for share isa , sipp and pension, especially at this price.
Shaun has stated when the gold starts coming dividends will follow, so now this a medium and long term share.
It still has potential for jumps in sp with near news and Asx listing, which might get traders interested, but unfortunately for now investors from the Lse are either already here or are not interested at the moment.
But hey ho it’s a buying opportunity for the people with spare cash, but don’t panic if there’s not a quick turnaround.
Volume definitely isn’t here!

A certain amount of dilution should be countered by the extra 5% we kept of HAV!

Rotherby I am neither labour or conservative at the moment I don’t trust any of them!
But for me labour are going to be the next government ( you could put wurzel gummage in charge and they would win) conservative damage has been done and barring a small miracle they have lost the next election!

I agree come spring I think it will pick right up, just need to ride the next couple of months!
Just how many people they push out of the industry in meantime is the big question?
The Barron’s who have only a few men on their books are the ones at most risk!
Firstly they get you running around picking up stuff that normally isn’t your job, then you programme slips behind and then say if you can’t keep up we will bring in someone else and charge you!
Then you find your payments are down and arguments start with the QS and site agent.
Then they start working against you and make it harder for you and then lines start being put through your booking in and payments get delayed.
Then the programme gets pushed forward and your finances are hammered, they then bring in another company and give them an open cheque book and contra charge you and bang you go under!
But come spring all will be rosy for us and pay rises all round:))))

Yes another year!
I was hoping that these shares would have paid for the renovation work in France but hey ho I have had to change plans and timelines.
I am fortunate in the fact I am still working so I can find it in another way !
So now my view of this share has changed and I am now looking at this as a dividend share for my hopefully early retirement.
So at the moment if I can pick up shares at under 10p, gives me 10+% on every penny of divi.
And as the way things are going we won’t get a state pension, it’s the way I will have to go!
But like you say everyone has a different timeline and I do appreciate the ones who need it sooner rather than later.

I don’t know the name of his company, he is a small man trying to make his way!
Personally I think they are trying to screw him over, they owe him a fair bit of money and are making him pay for the retest, there’s nothing wrong with the work.
Our boss was saying that on one of our other gangs plot where we scored 4 they took a point off for chipped blockwork where the bird cage got taken out and chipped it!
The wall is going to be plaster boarded Lol!
No I feel for the man his name is mark.
As I say I think it’s getting a bit ugly, not a good time to over expose yourself!
