Would our costs +10% still have to be honoured by whoever takes over and would our JV’s still have to be honoured!

Great reply and that will do me , basically it’s pretty close to put a valuation on it and it all depends on how high the buyer is going to go and how low the shareholders will accept!

Only last year was Ncm mcap close to $30b and a couple years ago higher than that.
There dividends have been rubbish compared to other miners, they have invested a lot of monies into projects which are about to bear fruit, as a shareholder what figure would you think is acceptable?
No malice just very interested!
And we are on the same side and yes i maybe have rose tinted glasses :)))

The $60b is for the whole company (ie valuation of merger or buy out) I can’t see them dividing up parcels!
Like you say if you were there shareholders would you want to see cherry picked assets being sold off!

Personally I can’t see it happening to many hurdles and you would have to look at a figure of $60b !

The revised MRE will be very interesting as verbally Shaun has been touting 20moz+ :))

The downside for us could be a delay to the DTM, depending on how long the merger/takeover takes.
I know they will carry on behind the scenes but there could be a slight delay, something we might have to plan for!

Makes sense now for the delay in the MRE, when the revised MRE comes out it should be a whopper!

So could it be that Ncm were being shorted for this reason of a takeover and our price just followed suit!

Dos’nt look like much will happen until the revised MRE,DTM and listing.
Personally I’m starting to think maybe it’s best we just get drilling updates every six months, or if something amazing hits!
But at least it’s a good top up opportunity to bring your average down!
